Ameris had enlisted as much help as she could getting Benden ready and her brother was not free from that demand. A'dis was currently in said weyr, helping clear out the tunnelsnakes and wild creatures that had made it home. Most of it was disgusting work and he wanted nothing more than to be at home with Vess cuddling in his big warm bed. And by cuddling he meant making love. He hadn't been able to get enough of the greenrider since the moment he'd dragged her down when Obaranth had chased what felt like turns ago. The redhead was a delight and he was beginning to have strong feelings for her. He should probably take Mylo's advice and tell her but the bronzerider hadn't' done so yet.
As it were, Obaranth was just as put out that he was in Benden and not at home with Tiath and the bronze had made no bones in letting him know. When the final carton of shit was taken out and dumped, A'dis decided to call it a day. I'm gonna explore a minute, he sent to Obaranth where the dragon sunned himself in the last of Rukbat's rays, Find out where Ameris' weyr will be and then we'll go. Alllllright, the bronze huffed as A'dis went searching, a laughing grin on his usually serious face. He was having far too much fun messing with Obaranth lately and the bronze hated it.
Not that it would make A'dis stop any time soon. Steps were confident and self-assured as he searched around the weyr before coming to the one that had to be Ameris' and heard shuffling and scuffs inside. Was his sister here? He swore she said she still had business in Ista to complete that day and wouldn't be making it out to Benden until the following morning. Weird, A'dis thought and shoved into the room and found Kordiavis shoving furniture around the space. "Why are you in here?" A'dis asked with his brows furrowed. Why would Kordi be moving Ameris' furniture around? "You can't leave that like that," he continued with a quiet imperious air. Sometimes being a bronzerider did go to his head, no matter how humble he generally was.
"She's gonna get pissed," he went on and stepped inside.
