Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Weather
A pleasantly warm and enjoyable day, developing into a clear sky and warm night without containing the oppressive heat and mugginess that will come with the Summer months. The sky is lit by moon and star, while glows are placed accordingly to brighten up the atmosphere with their soft warm glow.
Setting
The entirety of the Gather Square has been decorated for the occurrence in brightly died materials that sway and flutter in the meek breeze, often tied around glow-poles or hanging off the buildings around the outskirts of the Square. The grounds have been cleared of dragons, and even the smallest of the growing Weyrlings have been firmly requested to remain on the outskirts or on rooftops with the adult dragons, while the humans party and drink within the centre point.
The literal centre of the square has been set up with a round Harper Stage, with four sets of steps leading up from opposite sides similar to a compass set up.
The food tables are located closet to the Kitchen for the simplicity of easily refilling the empty trays. A large wagon has been placed to the side upon which dirty dishes are to be dumped.
There are wine barrels scattered throughout the area more regularly than bins for the wooden cups are -- glassware has been firmly removed from the area to avoid breaks and bloodshed. Additional spirits, beer and booze is available throughout, but the terrible Katilan wine is the most readily available and the most toxic.
Atmosphere
With the restriction on Searching, all members of the community old enough to enjoy the celebrations have been at Katila for the past Turn. As a result, there is little in the way of unrest amongst the partying and those with the more sour attitudes appear to be limited. The demotion of S'kef may or may not have allowed several members of the community to celebrate with more enthusiasm than they would have in previous turns. Additionally, the World Above class is homing in on their first full turn, with no casualties and a young gold!
WA Weyrlings may drink in moderation.
Spirits are generally high, and the atmosphere is bright and enjoyable.

Threads should be centred in the Gather Square but are in no way limited to that location. NYE threads should be tagged with [NYE] or similar, and dated as appropriate (30th Late Spring 231 AL or 1st Early Summer 232 AL).
