It had taken Zoremet too long to find his pants when he'd gotten the news that the eggs were moving. Part of him suspected that a flitter had been at fault, especially considering he eventually found his pants in Nari's little kitchen area and nowhere near his bed. But after one abandoned shirt and some some vigorous hopping he made his way back to the candidate barracks and his shared room with Gail.
"Gail what are you doing here?! You're going to be late!" Zory blushed, hoping that Gail wouldn't notice anything obviously amiss, especially since losing shirts wasn't exactly a new or odd occurrence for him. It didn't matter either way as he quickly got dressed into his candidate robes. He was still straightening them out when he reached over and grabbed onto Gail's arm and pulled him along. "We gotta go!"
At least they hadn't seemed to have missed anything as they arrived. and he took a moment to catch his breath and wave to his other siblings on the Sands before looking around to see who all had come to watch. K'dar looked like he was just arriving too and taking a seat next to T'ryn. He gave them both waves along with Zelly and A'tay too before quietly saying, "Too bad Zelly's missing out, but I'm glad she still came to watch."
