"'Broke into' is so undignified," Ulliendis grumbled while Rh'us dug about in his pockets. What he did was a fine art, a skill that not many possessed and those that did were not as graceful and talented. He had style and speed and not many locks stumped him for long. He took pride in other areas of work but this was his defining special talent--although Geric would argue it was his ability to go emotionless when the time called for it. Speaking of that man, he needed to send a letter and check in again. Give and take some updates.
Ulliendis took the paper and skimmed down the list. Since he wasn't being told to memorise it and give back or destroy the paper, he didn't commit much to memory--for now. When left alone he would see if the contents meant anything to him or anything together. But really, what did he know of Healer business? The paper was folded and tucked neatly into one of the pockets on the legs of his pants, though he didn't bother going for the hidden pocket within that. "Come now, Healer bronzerider Rh'us. What about me makes you think I'm anything but discreet?" He flashed a large grin, well aware of how he looked lounging in the chair with his elaborate necklace and matching bracelet and brightly covered shirt. He could have changed into something more subdued but that would certainly make him stand out more. Being so loud in appearance and voice meant people started to tune out his outlandish ways and he actually blended in a lot more easily.
"Oh, I'm always amused. How can I not be when the Weyrs are full of so much fun and drama? Of course I might lend a hand in creating some of that but the outcomes are worth the little bit of effort I have to do." He waved a hand dismissively over his own tampering with some things as if it wasn't a big deal. But then that hand clutched at the large colourful glass beads of his necklace as he gave a Gangleri Approved horrified expression--though his voice was still playful, nearly mocking. "But Benden is so dangerous lately! How could you ask such a thing of me? Especially by not giving more details of what being your assistant may entail."
