"It's not that gross... it's... like if you had a mouthful of brownie and poured some milk into your mouth at the same time." Zoremet pouted before nibbling a bit more on his brownie. His appetite hadn't been the greatest since the attack; the healer had said something about how that was probably because he'd lost so much blood and had been encouraging him to eat more to try to help his recovery. At least the brownie was easy to eat, and he had T'ryn's company while he did so.
He was leaning against his brother when he heard Gail scolding K'dar about not being able to save them. "It's true.. you can't be everywhere, and even if Pit had gone straight to get you there wouldn't have been time." Zory frowned, shoulders sinking. "I just wanted to try and help and I wasn't good enough to do that. I couldn't run though, couldn't just leave Gail behind. What if he did worse things to him?" His memory was still a little hazy, and he didn't like thinking or talking about it, but he remembered a few things. Like how the man had worn a mask, and was taller than him. He shook his head to try and clear the memory and instead nibbled on his brownie again while he continued to lean against T'ryn.
