S'far was pleased that this was going well and that the young man seemed quite keen on the idea. He'd have to talk to a few people to spread the idea around, most notably the candidate master and weyrling master. Dragonets might be small enough to participate in such a hunt in the forest, and it could be a fun team building exercise. He'd explore that possibility a little later.
For now he nodded. "Yes, patience is important." The question about going boar hunting made him frown though and he sighed. "As much as I love to hunt and know you love to hunt, I'd be more comfortable if you stayed in the Weyr for now, at least until K'dar gets back and recovers. I'm not confident enough that the attacks will stay isolated to Benden. I'm not putting Telgar under lockdown yet, but..." he sighed and shook his head as he realized that his hands had begun to tremble again. That made him force a small chuckle and he held them up. "Well last year when things like this started to happen I was badly poisoned. I still get tremors on occasion. I'm sure the headache will start up soon enough, I usually get one after a tremor spell."
That was enough to make the bronze get up out of the water and shake himself off as he made his way back to the garden wordlessly. He laid down just on the other side of the fence, leaving enough room for S'far to easily climb over it rather than go around and take the path so that he could just sit down on the ground and lean back against his dragon's side. "Thanks, Old Man. Sorry about interrupting your bath." Urudith snorted.Nonsense. Even the boy's presence, as offensive as he found it, couldn't keep him away.
"So anyway," S'far said as the first pulse of a headache started and made him whince, "I'm not telling you not to go hunting, but I'd at least like you to wait until K'dar is back and better. Though once Malvayth clutches I'm sure the candidate master will have you in even more classes to make sure you're as prepared as you can be to stand. Hopefully K'dar is back soon..." hopefully he survived, but he wasn't going to add that part aloud.
