“Absolutely,” Orgailian agreed, finding he liked this one. It wasn’t like he was considering changing who he was, especially since the dragonet had pegged him correctly as not being mean or bad. Well, he didn’t think he was anyway but did the bad guy truly know he was the bad guy? Well-written ones always believed they were doing the right thing but evil for the sake of evil was another story. Until Zoremet or R’dal told him otherwise, Orgailian felt he was doing okay; even if he was flirting with people he probably shouldn’t. But that kept life interesting and as was pointed out, it was better to go after what he wanted than to mope.
“Good talk, egg-dweller, and good luck to you,” Orgailian wondered what type of personality that dragonet would have. Would it be sensitive? Kind? Brash? It was hard to tell with the way it encouraged him to be himself and not mope around but it likely would need some luck to find its own way in the world.
With a stretch of his arms high over his head, Orgailian looked around. He’d gotten a good feel for the eggs and while there was still time to mingle with a few more eggs, his satisfaction was sated and his Candidate obligations were fulfilled. So he wandered off to the sidelines to wait for others to finish.
