It was exciting to see all the babies hatching, even more so to see them all finding their mates with nothing going wrong. No lost babies, no mangled candidates, no new horror stories. Zoremet was able to actually relax and smile at the antics, and day dream about how he'd meet his little dragon one day. He still wasn't sure what he would get; some of the other candidates would talk about how they felt they were destined for a specific color or actively hoping for one. He still wasn't sure, all he could do was hope that his future mate was out there somewhere.
His hopes for this clutch were dwindling up to the last egg, though he smiled at the little green as she wandered around and greeted everyone. It was over and he'd survived, even if he didn't Impress Zoremet was left relieved. He could do this, maybe the smooth hatching was a sign that he should keep Standing. He'd definitely feel a bit more relaxed going into the next one at least, or so he hoped.
He turned his attention back to the stands as people began to wander off and he spotted his siblings still looking distraught. With a frown, Zoremet jogged over to join them and find out what exactly had happened outside of the Sands.
