Cazan was immensely grateful when T'ryn decided to distract from the discussion with Casa by posing and calling attention to her handiwork. Her brother's handiwork. The bronzerider was doing a very good job of showing off, and even promoting her business in general. She was glad to find her earlier bit of business napkin math was correct. The pants were an excellent investment, and T'ryn looked damned good in them too. Now she just had to deal with this crowd of people who probably thought they were dating.
She was still slightly blushing when he saved her from any more conversations. One glass of red wine was probably enough to help calm her nerves without putting her into any dangerous moods or mindsets, and she took the glass gratefully before taking a sip. With her belly a little warmer and her cheeks flushed with more than just embarrassment or whatever other foreign emotion was going on in her head she took a glance around to make sure there were no eavesdroppers nearby.
"So, I know you tried to warn me a little bit about your family, that it was large... but I feel like you understated it a bit." Her voice was hushed as she tried to keep it from carrying, she didn't want to offend anyone after all. "Thank you for taking me over here for the drink. That was quite the nice pose you pulled off, and I'm a bit impressed you didn't fall over when your friend... Casa? When she spun you about. I bet you're a decent dancer."
Another sip from her glass and then Cazan looked back towards the bulk of the party, smiling in amusement as she thought aloud, "There won't really be any escaping them I wager. So, do we go back on our own or see how long we can hide from them without just leaving?"
