Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Thistle!

Heartache for Phinarion
The dragonet inside the egg huffs as it realizes Phinarion is there. It keeps getting approached, and it’s not sure it likes it. With a mental nudge it checks out Phinarion; it’s still not fond of being bothered, but it’s not going to waste the opportunity. Humans are pretty interesting, even if they are nosy and can’t keep to themselves. The dragonet decides this one is probably its favorite so far, very polite even if he did disturb it, and it has mellowed out a bit the longer it had been aware of the Touching. It pokes around a bit longer, before leaving Phinarion alone so it can, hopefully, go back to being alone.

Who was this? The dragonet in this egg boldly bounds forward, immediately sticking its metaphorical nose into Narinoa’s mind, its curiosity spilling out to the Candidate. Its been enjoying meeting all these people who want to meet it, and it’s excited to Hatch and meet them all properly. This dragonet is ready to face the world and eagerly watches memories about life outside its egg. Narinoa gets the sense it’s particularly intrigued by his memories of horses; apparently it hadn’t seen them in any other Candidate’s memories and is confused by why they don’t have wings. After Narinoa reasonably satisfies its curiosity on the matter, it prances off, having liked the interaction but wanting to meet someone new.
Eloquence for Tala
This dragonet is much calmer than the last Tala encountered, lazily greeting her as she connects with the egg. She can practically see the dragonet inside roll over and stretch like a cat. It has no care in the world and is just enjoying its time still spent in the egg before it has to go out and deal with life. Not that it’s dreading Hatching, it just seems to want to exist in the now and not worry about the future. It has a very calming presence that washes over Tala before she has to leave the egg.

Ruben immediately feels the frustrated dragonet inside this egg, and imagines it lashing its tail in irritation. Every person who Touches its shell makes it wish it could be out there exploring more. But it wasn’t time yet and it was vexing. Still, it wanted to know as much as it could about everything while it was still stuck in the shell and eagerly rushes around Rubren’s head trying to learn as much as it possibly can. When it feels it’s learned as much as it can from Rubren for the time being, it goes back to sulking.
