Z'rin laughed upon hearing it had been raining for a week. It was nice to know it wasn't just his bad luck summoning rain before his trip to the lake. It also meant that if it had been raining that long, then there was a good chance a storm wasn't brewing but just the simple light rainfall. He didn't mind the rain; could even say he liked it, but thunderstorms were an entirely different thing. "Since it hasn't been raining at Telgar and I don't think they've started posting weather reports for other regions, I guess I am a bit out of touch with what's happening out this way." He was smiling as he spoke, politely answering the bronzerider and hoping he didn't sound as snarky as he suddenly worried it might seem.
Z'rin waved to Zarralath, indicating he could go ahead and play in the lake if he felt like it. He didn't want to keep the blue from the promised swimming if the dragon felt it courtesy to wait while greetings were exchanged. When his attention spun back around from dragon to bronzerider, Z'rin noticed the bathing equipment and that N'mor looked like he was coming out of the water instead of heading in. He suddenly felt a bit awkward at interrupting the pair and brushed wet bangs from his face. "Were you just finishing up? If you have other plans to get to, don't mind us! We were just going to hang out a little after today's duties. Though, that might be cut shorter than anticipated given the weather."
