The blonde head lifted shortly after his dragon’s announcement, looking over at T’ryn as he called out a greeting. A crooked grin fitted itself onto his lips, and N'mor lifted his hand in reply to his friend. “Hey!” His warm word was followed by a brief laugh, amused by the explanation of what T’ryn had been up to. “Rhezalth was right, you weren't doing anything important!” N'mor tossed T'ryn a wink, clearly baiting his dragon and they were not left wanting as the bronze snorted indignantly.
“Except when you're not,” N'mor quipped, turning his attention more fully to his friend as he stepped over the displayed leathers. “We're thinking of going hunting tomorrow for some beasts to use. Has Syrendryth eaten recently? Whatever these two don’t eat could be brought back for the weyrlings to feed on.” N'mor wasn't the type to waste opportunities, especially not with fresh babies running around and the turns end a couple nights away. “Unless you've plans to babysit?” His crooked grin returned.
