Astonishingly, Niskziath and V'zire did seem to be improving lately in wing training, and the greenrider didn't doubt that it had to do with D'hys' influence. He felt a little spoiled by the man's attention, especially since D'hys was taking time out of his day to work with him and his green. Niskziath was notorious for a short attention span, and V'zire was not strong willed enough to pull her focus back onto the task at hand. They were certainly getting better, but it was still a work in progress. It was no surprise that D'hys had picked up on V'zire's stress! He wanted to do good and impress the bluerider, but most of the time he was sure he failed in that area.
"I-I'm sorry, I meant to relax and be at ease," the greenrider tensed a little bit when D'hys brought up how anxious he had been tonight. He really didn't want to ruin the evening, but his stress was likely doing just that! Thinking about that stress was only making him more stressed, and having it put out on the spotlight made him more than a little embarrassed. "I just didn't want to disappoint you. I wanted everything to be perfect because it should be for you." It was likely clear now that V'zire had been stressing all day over having D'hys come to his hut.
It took a while and some effort from D'hys to get V'zire relaxed again, but inevitably he was nothing more than putty underneath D'hys' hands. He forgot how awkward he felt with having D'hys so close in his room, and simply enjoyed the massage that D'hys was treating him to. In no time at all he felt comfortable enough to simply drift off to sleep, and it was really sounding like a good idea to him when he felt D'hys shift above him. He hardly felt the difference as D'hys moved from on top of him to lay down next to him, though he did smile a little at the sweet kiss to his forehead.
"I am, I think I wore myself out with all the fussing I've done today," he admitted with a modest blush to his cheeks. He was surprisingly comfortable with having D'hys on the bed with him, so much so that in this moment he really didn't even seem aware that he normally would be uncomfortable at this point. V'zire snuggled closer to the man, not right up against him, since he was still conscious enough to try and not push D'hys into cuddling with him. He figured that after a little bit of final conversation D'hys would draw himself up off the bed and head back to his own hut. This was not a sleepover, only because V'zire had been too embarrassed to even suggest such a thing.
The look on D'hys' face when he tried to excuse himself, however, was a little heart wrenching. His bluerider didn't want to go! His? The train of thought left him puzzled for a moment before he came to the conclusion that it was... sort of correct. "Mmm... no, stay? Only if you want to, of course. If you're tired there's no point in getting up just to go back to bed." He was a little too shy to admit that he'd like if it D'hys stayed with him. His defenses were completely down with the bluerider, and he thought it would be awfully nice to have someone to finally curl up with.
