A'liran let out an amused snort. "Well, look at that," he said, admittedly charmed by the little green. Maybe these things aren't so bad he thought inwardly, greeted by a soft comment from Astoreth. I haven't gotten sick yet she said with dry amusement. She found her little cousins charming, but that was about it. She wasn't overly interested, but there was plenty of Ali to go around. She figured she could share a small piece of her feisty rider with a fire lizard if she must.
Somewhere in the distance, Astoreth yawned and went to sleep. Ali almost felt himself fall into her torpor when the tiny brown appeared, startling the greenrider as he landed on the table. "Oh! Hah!"
A'liran smiled. "They're pretty cute," he said. "I didn't want em around Astoreth at first, but so far it looks like everything is going to be okay..." Maybe, if their numbers remained steady, he would look into getting one. He thought he'd look pretty snazzy with a little companion on his shoulder, and it would be an amazing Z'ia-lookout!
