L'ri grumbled as he was pulled up to his feet, though he at least didn't petulantly leave himself a limp rag on the ground to make the boy struggle. As soon as Ch'es brought the waterskin he held up a hand and shook his head. "No, no water. Only a fine wine and perhaps the sweet release of death." The bronze let out a heavy sigh and in a very weary voice said, He's joking. Again.
Feeling his little Maestro's irritation, L'ri rolled his eyes and took the water for a sip. "Don't mind the Maestro. He's annoyed with me." He followed the boy's gaze and spotted the darker bronze running their way. Oncaeth stood up and stretched before trotting on over after his brother. Let's go, L'ri! We're going swimming! It's still exercise so it should count. He didn't bother to correct Pardrith, especially since his rider was being quite the pain.
With his own weary sigh, purely for dramatic effect since swimming really did sound much better than running, L'ri followed along. "I'm coming, I'm coming. Limp rag and all," he said followed by a good natured chuckle. He followed along to the lake before peeling off his shirt over his head and tossing it off to the side. It was soon accompanied by the rest of his clothes, leaving him naked before he started to wade into the lake.
Oncaeth bumped into him from behind, giving him a firm nudge further in before he started to swim and splash around too before he went to go pounce on his darker brother playfully. "Hey now. Keep the rough housing to the shallows and remember not to pin each other under water." Oncaeth gave him a look, even as he climbed off of his brother and swam off looking every bit like the slightly sulky killing machine L'ri knew he could be. I wasn't going to try and push him under for long. "I know you're good at holding your breath and swimming, but not everyone is so you should be polite about it is all. You can go back to playing and wrestling, just try to be sensible about it."
With a huff Oncaeth relented and then went to give his brother another pounce before retreating to a more shallow stretch.
