Whooosh!
Kelian's mind was suddenly filled with more images than she could have thought to expect from one so young in the shell. It had been wholly unexpected and gave her a start of surprise, yet she had not removed her palm from the warm shell. She tried to keep up with the blur of images, many from her own memories, that she barely caught glimpses of, then rushes of images that she had no idea what they were. Were they the dragonets memories or memories from other candidates?
Trying to sort through the excited, whirling images started to cause a slow buzz in her head that she didn't immediately recognize as a headache, as she was so preoccupied trying to watch what the dragonet was showing her. It was impossible, really, trying to catch hold of everything she was being shown, the excitement with which she was being given what she had asked for. And she HAD in fact asked if the dragonet had anything to share with her. Apparently this little one simply wanted to share everything with her and that was okay! But her head was starting to ache just a little, she didn't mind it though.
The thought that her father was silly, made her smile and laugh just a bit. He was so full of life, laughter and, yes, silliness but he loved her and her siblings so much. Her heart pulled a bit as she remembered his being attacked the Turn before and she was glad to still have his quirky self around. And yes, she was very glad to have all of her siblings as well, even little Vaelon. Did she think her father and Vaeyla we're crazy? Yes. Did she love them or her siblings any less? No.
She felt the urging of the little dragon to make more memories and she smiled at the egg and the young occupant within. "I will. There's plenty yet to do, isn't there?", she said with a smile. She wondered briefly who the little dragon would choose when he or she hatched and what memories they would make, before she said goodbye, the flooding of images and thoughts coming to a stop as the connection broke off. What an adventure that had been!
She gave herself a moment to collect herself and her thoughts before venturing off towards another egg. "And Good morning to you. Do you want to talk to me today too?", She asked quietly, still amused from her last encounter, hopeful that this dragonet would be as excited for company as the last.
