Mylorah loved and hated when so much happened on the Sands. It was thrilling to be caught up in the excitement of dragonets finding their mates and enjoying their antics but it was also hard to track them all. That was how injuries could happen and she did her best to keep track of any dragonets on the move.
Luckily, it seemed all the hatchlings thus far weren't interested in her little section but that didn't mean she could relax her guard. If anything, it went up further when she caught sight of someone on the ground. She missed what had happened, only saw someone in need. Despite not being close by, Mylorah was about to head over to help when the boy sat up and she saw it was Madelan. He could handle himself and knew he wouldn't thank her for any form of assistance. He was interesting but cunning and there was something about him that had yet to let her fully trust him. But despite that and how proud he could appear to be, her heart still broke a bit when she saw the change in demeanor when another dragonet passed him by.
She only experienced that a few times in all of her times Standing and that was usually due to standing with her male friends. Dragonets didn't come too close to females that often so she could only imagine how hard it was to have hopes raised and then dashed in a matter of seconds and regularly.
Maybe she would give Madelan a silent hug after the Hatching if he was left Standing. For now, she reached out to her brothers on either side of her and took their hands, giving a light squeeze.
