So it appeared his goldrider had lied after all. It wasn't surprising given his suspicions but Azrin was going to have to have a chat with her about knowing the subject and the audience. For her first attempt at lying to him and trying to get information out of him, she did well but there was plenty of room for improvement. This girl in question was likely close to Casa. No doubt she had gushed about the lordling she had met somewhere--possibly the Gather since Kordiavis was there as well--which led to Casa needing to know more about the man her friend was interested in. Azrin doubted much more would come from that union given Tazikel's attention span and how easily distracted he was with the next pretty thing but getting more information wouldn't hurt, especially if they did continue keeping in touch.
"You would be safe in that assumption. I'm somewhat close to the rather vivacious goldrider Casa. You could say I'm her tutor. She has quite the appetite for learning and I've been teaching her all I know about the families and regions." Tazikel didn't need to know that she shared his interest in his hobbies like poisons and sex, but at least one of those would likely be assumed given the younger man's time in High Reaches.
"And who is your pretty girl? I told you about mine after all. I can also keep an eye on her for you since I'm at the Weyr regularly. Assuming she still holds your attention, of course."
