Mylorah was completely captivated by the stories. She loved learning more about Tazikel and his mischief-making ways but also learning more about what Kordiavis was like. He would sometimes share a story here and there but it wasn't anything major and she often felt like he was trying to put distance between himself and the past. It didn't sound like he absolutely hated the Hold but she always got the impression that he didn't miss it either. What had caused that, she didn't know, and now she was even more confused by hearing about how his childhood seemed to have such fun moments in it.
"You two probably would have gotten us all devoured by wild felines if you were in Katila but it would have been so much fun up to that moment," she giggled, loving the idea of the two Holder boys roaming around the jungle with them and getting into as much, if not more, trouble with their antics and exploring. At least she had them both in her life now and she had a feeling Tazikel was still rather mischievous and if prodded enough, Kordiavis would likely give in and have fun on a grand adventure as well.
Mylorah grinned and tapped her chin as she considered what to tell Tazikel in return. What she did know was Kordiavis had earned himself a smack to the arm for not telling her he knew Tillek's second son! She had gushed at him after the Gather about her fabulous lordling and even mentioned his name and rank and all she got was a quirk of a brow--which in hindsight may have been because he recognized the name. Still. He could have said something other than how he was glad she had a good time. For one thing, it had been an amazing time. For another... she wondered if Kordiavis didn't think she'd ever see Tazikel again and that was why he didn't say anything. Yeah, he was getting an earful.
"Well... he doesn't go exploring through everyone's weyrs, at least not that I've noticed. But he does let me drag him along to parties and interesting camping trips where he's fairly social...with people he likes, like Misharan. He's the blonde man that Impressed first today and Kordi's other good friend here. Otherwise, Kordiavis can be a bit judgmental." There were worse things to be, she supposed, which was why Mylorah never bugged him about how cranky he could be to some people. Especially since she didn't know much about his past and maybe he had reason to avoid certain types of people.
"He also draws a lot and sometimes does poems. I even convinced him a while ago to stop destroying them after he was done. I guess he used to always do that at the Hold? I dunno... I guess he's used to hiding his emotions because of his mom?" Mylorah paused and gave a little laugh, "it really sounds like we're talking about two different people, doesn't it? Maybe he just needs you back in his life. I can only do so much miracle work on my own."
