R’vi wouldn’t have noticed almost being run into if the man hadn’t apologised for it. Since they hadn’t actually collided and he also hadn’t been looking. “Nah, not a drop wasted, so nothing to worry about!” That was kind of him to offer a replacement, though, despite everything being fine. He almost took him up on it all the same just for a free drink but he wasn’t looking to get drunk and had enough marks to buy another if he really wanted it.
Stepping aside as more people came up for drinks, R’vi finally took a moment to check out the other man. He looked familiar but a name wasn’t coming to him, until Semath was brought up. Right! That’s where he knew him from! Semath had Flown recently in Ista despite being from Fort now and Vydoriath felt the need to give chase. Not that R’vi minded as he loved Flights win or lose. Now that he had names and faces aligning again, R’vi recalled his name was L’gan and they had a bit of a history together, though nothing too recent which was now bumming him out.
“So how’ve you been, L’gan? It’s been quite a while, my sexy Healer,” R’vi grinned at his subtle reminder of how they knew each other, hoping the now-greenrider remembered the night together back before his accidental Impression. R’vi wasn’t sure why they hadn’t kept in touch more since that had been a wild night but blamed it on weyrlinghood and L’gan’s chance to get back into Healer Hall. Had to love a man that knew what he wanted, he supposed.
