T’ryn oh-so maturely stuck his tongue out at N’mor when his friend pointed out it was one and a half tapestries he purchased. He was so insufferable sometimes. He was also sometimes logical and T’ryn frowned when it was pointed out it might be a struggle for him to try and hang everything himself. He was about to volunteer N’mor and Z’rin for the task of helping him hold the tapestries in the right place while he set about marking the spots for nails when N’mor laughed and successfully dodged the playful swat T’ryn tried to land.
“Fine, you don’t have to help hang them. Not sure I could trust you to keep your side level anyway,” he shot back, enjoying their easy banter that had been missed for so long when they weren’t talking and then finding their groove with each other again. “I’ll find someone more level-headed and taller to help me.” For the longest time they had been the exact same height but recently T’ryn had suffered a final growth spurt that saw him a couple of inches taller now. He both loved and hated it.
He turned back to take a moment to check the straps securing his treats one final time before satisfied that they weren’t going anywhere. “Okay, anything else we should do or head back, pester Mylorah, and prepare for the family?”
