Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! This dragonet was nothing like the others and Daelyne winced immediately when it bombarded her mind with it's presence. It was almost too much for the girl. Daelyne could admit how energetic and loud she could be but the dragonet was so much more. Breaking into the death she'd witnessed, whether dragon or human, the dragonet within the shell screeched in her mind and Dae could feel the headache beginning. It was almost like talking to Grith. It's clumsy manner was endearing though and the girl kept her hand on the outside of the shell.
She breathed a sigh of relief when the dragonet found a more pleasant memory and it was one Dae herself enjoyed immensely. Her full lips curved into a grin at the memory the dragonet drudged up and she blinked rapidly when the dragon inside the shell out of her mind as quickly as it had fallen inside. Her eyes pinched as elegant fingers came up to rub at the ache that had started behind them. That dragonet had given her the worst headache, almost as bad as rotgut wine did. She almost sought out another egg to touch but she didn't want to press her luck.
Winding her way through the eggs, Daelyne made her way towards the edges of the sands. She did have to admit she liked these sands far more than she did the ones that had been in Katila. Neither had been true hatching sands and Dae could appreciate the walls surrounding the area. Tugging at her pants lightly, the blond slid down the wall she leaned against. Sitting easily with her legs sprawled out, Daelyne watched the rest of the group touch eggs here and there. She watched the boys have all the fun without having to worry about being barred from a hatch. There were times like now she wished she'd been born with a penis but then she'd remember she quite liked being a girl.
A grin grew as she shook her head and waited patiently for the touching to be done and finished.
