I'shan's eyes lit up at the adorable little comment. Does he even realize what he just said? he asked Ilveriath. The dragon, of course, did not reply to the implied innuendo, though I'shan did sense a hint of distant amusement. The dragon's amusement had nothing to do with I'shan's dirty mind and everything to do with his blossoming joy at with the preciousness of his new companion. Ilveriath was happy to see his bonded so happy, and he held his breath in hope that this time, it would not prove to be another trap.
It was I'shan who planned to do the trapping. Not maliciously, but as the greenrider straddled him, I'shan found himself truly anxious to keep the attractive and gentle creature close by his side. Loneliness danced on the edge of I'shan's consciousness, but he staved it off in favor of blind enthusiasm. A wide smile lingered on his face as C'dhin situated himself and leaned in for the second kiss. I'shan carefully places his hands on the greenrider's side and moved to guide him close, wary of his injuries but still leaning towards reckless in his approach.
"You're so handsome.." I'shan gasped as he pushed his lips to meet C'dhin's. He lingered for a few long moments, letting the soft contact sink in before pushing his tongue forward to lap pleasantly at his companion's flesh. "...I'm ashamed of myself for not getting to know you sooner, you know. This place is so full of sad and negative people..." the bluerider whispered in a lazy and doting voice. His heart quivered in excitement. "I could use some more positive people in my life." That was not entirely true; R'nd was a positive force, and there were several other cheerful faces that I'shan could turn to, but the little bluerider was insecure and easily upset. It never hurt to have another security blanket, and in such a sea of misery, a new smile was always a treasure to behold.
I'shan lowered his hands, allowing his fingertips to play along the underside of C'dhin's shirt. "...Do you mind?" I'shan asked in a breathy whisper. Normally he'd not bother to ask, but something about this little greenrider was special. He could not risk scaring him away. Instead of pressing the issue with prying hands, I'shan just offered his most dazzling and hopeful smile.
