Peorray twitched and took an automatic step forward as R'nya picked up the body, before checking herself and dropping the hand that instinctively wanted to stop him from taking Soren away for good. The offer of a task to do did help, and she pounced on the bronzerider's question with some internal relief.
"I'll get one." The look on her face and the grimly determined note in her voice promised she would, even if she had to go through someone to do it. She turned away from R'nya to chase down one of the healers' assistants helping in body recovery, eventually coming back with a mostly-clean blanket clutched in a white-knuckled grip.
She was also crying by then, silent tears that rolled down her face unchecked. Her throat burned as she fought the deeper sobs that threatened to emerge. But she would see this through, the last thing she could do for her son, before tending to her own needs.
