The last three eggs seemed almost impatient, not willing to wait for mourning to occur with their brother. All at once, Redwort, Klahbark, and Needlethorn rolled into one another, and shards went flying. Two greens and a blue - they are scrabbled around one another. Two of them, green and blue, went towards Casa, snapping playfully at one another. The blue calmed after a moment, chirping curiously at her. The green was sweeter, trilling and nipping at her finger tip. She jumped, eyes wide at the two demanding her attention.
The final green seemed torn between Quenym and K'ton, but hearing Quenym's louder vocalizations, she went to join her sister. This one was far less bossy, instead acting like a little princess. She sat down on the edge of the tub, staring up at him and waiting for him to do something about it. While the three babies were making their choices, the Cress egg sat back, forgotten. It had never really rocked, and now it sat still, remaining empty and dull.
Casa bit her lip, eyebrows furled tightly. "Another two? Goodness. I was hoping more would come to Impress them -" but she stuffed food in their mouths anyway, depositing Knack on her shoulder as she allowed each of the other two onto an arm. She offered the greedy beasts meat, sighing and shaking her head as she looked at K'ton. "At least you didn't end up with 3! I'm sure Ironth would be delighted...I feel like I should be..." Her expression was wry and she wrinkled her nose, but an air of delight escaped her. "Uh...you, sweet little green, you can be...Kaylee! And, the blue...Edge. Your sister is edging you out."
She glanced around at the little group, seeing everyone - even K'ton - with their new charges. She almost groaned at the thought of a fair of five following her and Quenym on their adventures. "Quen! What're you gonna name her? Can you imagine this?" She bit her lip, shaking her head as she continued to offer tidbits to the three nestled in her arms.
