Erisi was still pissed at the twins.
Then why are you going?
'Because they're fucking twins.'
That made the least bit of sense to the Green dragon, and so she let it be. Charath could harass her young rider at any time, and likely would do so again before the night was over. For now, she was amused by listening in on her bonded's loud thoughts. It wasn't like he was necessarily trying to keep her from overhearing him! The young man was still bitching and moaning about recently realizing that Nyvian and Ryvian were twins. He had slept with both on multiple occasions, though now that he thought about it... he could have only been sleeping with one. But how in Faranth's name was he supposed to know!?
They were identical. He couldn't tell them apart if he tried. Both had already been subjected to his intense staring, trying to discern the minute differences in their faces. He would have been successful if there were some. But there was none. They were completely fucking the same, acted the completely fucking same. They were one identity in two fucking bodies, and it gave him a small migraine to try and discern when he was sleeping with one if they were really the one he was assuming they were. It was just... a whole clusterfuck. So, Erisi had given up on telling them apart. Both were excellent lays (as far as he could tell, if he had slept with both - he think he did, okay).
The young man was likely the only one in the Weyr to be so late to realizing that Vian was not a single person. It was embarrassing, and Erisi refused to own up to it. It wasn't his fault he had only seen one at a time. Whenever he ran into a twin, the other one had not been in sight.
Wait... was that fucking intentional?
I hope so. This is hilarious.
'...You knew.'
What?
'You totally knew!'
Charath shut up, which Erisi took for confirmation of his dragon's own treachery.
He arrived at the party just as people were starting to congregate into little social groups. I'shan was over on the couch, which meant that he was as far away from it as possible. Erisi was nearly incapable of forgiveness, at least when it came to someone completely dismantling his previous life and forcing him into a new one. There was something about such life changing events that he did not desire that made I'shan completely unforgivable. So, fuck I'shan. There were plenty of people who he'd like to socialize with more. Besides, Indivara was on the couch too, and her face was hideous.
It was sad. She probably wouldn't have been too bad if she hadn't been horribly scarred.
"Okay, so, which one are you?" It was no question who he was greeting so casually. Ryvian had happened to be far enough away from the couch to be Erisi's obvious choice. The twin was still hot, if not completely infuriating... but Erisi found those to be pleasant mixes from time to time. C'mon, he put up with D'hys dragging him off every now and again. "I'm not going to bother to guess," he continued. Erisi likely wouldn't care if he was being told the wrong name. He'd likely still call the twin he was with Vian.
