Lowering his gaze a moment in a quick thought he finally pushed back his seat before rising to his feet. He moved slowly to Seijin before sitting across from him to watch the little fire lizards eat more clearly. "They're often hungry?" Why else would someone bring their firelizards in the middle of the night to feed them?
Well it would make sense that someone who didn't wish to hide their fire lizard or lizards would rather seek an hour at which there was less of a crowd so they didn't upset others. Granted some would not care one way or another, but others were rather considerate. What would Nejerc prefer? He wasn't sure.
Looking from the obviously greedy brown to the green at Seijin's shoulder. They were indeed smaller looking dragons it was understandable why some would desire them and their company after all. After all there were those who wished to have a dragon but didn't impress.
That however didn't change the fact that they had been the whole cause for a plague that had nearly destroyed the entire dragon populace. 'But...' Nejerc watched the green tapping his finger against the side of his wine cup he had yet to release. He didn't dare set it on the table with the fire lizard as he was unsure what the fire lizard would do with it..
But who could control getting sick? Or what they caught? Was it fair to blame the fire lizards for a sickness they likely had no control of themselves? Some might have a different answer to each question but as he stared at the green on Seijin's shoulder he wasn't so sure it was their fault, or that it was right to blame the fire lizards..
