Casa shivered as she walked through the misty drizzle all around her. As she approached the Gather Square, a humanoid shape materialized out of the ick. Blinking, she saw it was Peorray. The woman was one of the more solid candidates around the weyr, and she had a son who was sweet as anything. She definitely was more inclined to like Peorray. She wasn't girly, whiny, or immature...she was instead very level headed and a hard worker. The Weyr would be lucky to have her as a rider.
Shaking her thoughts off, she trotted up to the women, rubbing her hands together to keep warm. Even being as muscular and rangy as she was, she still got cold pretty easily. When Peorray suggested starting at the north corner, she naturally trotted after the woman, letting her take the lead as they made their way up towards the corner. As they approached, it seemed that the first crew had done some work, but not nearly as much as she had hoped.
She sighed softly, glancing around and beginning to haul some of the bigger pieces away to the side. "Would you like to do the bag holding or the gathering? Or we can take turns?" With odd shaped pieces of debris, it would definitely be easier to have one person stabilize their bag while the other dumped or loaded it. As she waited for an answer, she assumed her normal busy pace, gathering up pieces and trash into neat little piles. She tried to be as industrious as possible, not wanting to keep herself or Peorray out in this awful weather any longer than necessary.
