Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Mevrit hated the idea of expressing her doubt to someone who was far more skilled in this particular field of work, but when she witnessed the giant chunk of hair that Ryvian had chopped off, she nearly paled. From the cut of the locks it hadn't looked that even... and that was a lot of hair to take off at first. Mevrit never had such a drastic hair cut before, so she wasn't quite sure that this was the right way to go about it. She suspected that it wasn't. "Is that... how you usually do this?" Mevrit finally asked, her voice hesitant. She did not want to inflict some imagined insult... but the young woman was seriously beginning to have her doubts about Ryvian's skill. She was a very control-oriented individual, and she was leaving the fate of her hair into someone else's hands. If she was old and grey, she would have died of a heart attack by now.
"Chores are beginning to become a bore. After doing them for a few turns, I kind of want to be able to do something else." It was her attempt at being personable. She was usually better at it when she was trying to trade or sell something, and since she was doing neither she seemed to come off as fake. It was as if her woes were imagined just for the sake of there being woes to share. She was trying to connect with Ryvian, she just couldn't... get it right. "You guys are always busy - I'd hate to intrude. But, if you want me over, I wouldn't mind spending some time with you and your friends."
Mevrit was not one to turn away a friendly offer! She needed to hang out with more Candidates her age, or people really. She could not restrict her social group to Rhaedalyn and Indivara. Mevrit wanted to be a part of the community. If she was stuck here, she was going to make the best out of it. "I know I'm not the best company, but my roommate has been trying to make me more social." Too bad Rhaedalyn wasn't the adventurous type either, or Ryvian would have had an easier time of convincing Mevrit that sex was a wonderful idea.
Her hair was taking a little longer than she had expected, and curiosity struck at probably the wrong moment. Her head was feeling terribly lighter! She lifted her hand, fingers brushing through the side of her head.

"Is it supposed to be this short?" Mevrit's voice resounded with the smallest amount of dread.
