General Description:

D'sen's hair is thick and a very dark brown that is almost back. He has a well-shaped nose settled between sharp cheekbones. D'sen has dark brown eyes that are expressive and often show his emotions. D'sen has an open smile, though it is not as common as it should be. He is a well-built man, with broad shoulders and a somewhat wide chest.

Standing tall at around 6'4", D'sen is slender hipped and long-legged. He often has the scruff of a well-trimmed beard, something he's allowed since he was able to grow one. D'sen is seldom seen in much else besides pants and shirts. He rarely dresses up but will if he has to. He is rather tidy with his appearance and will often be late for whatever appointment he has if it means he'll be clean and neat in dress.

General Personality:

D'sen is patient and often will wait out someone when he has no desire to interact with them. He would be called rude for it, but if D'sen doesn't want to talk to you, he simply will not. This can also be seen in the opposite when he knows someone wants to talk but they're just not ready yet, D'sen has no problem waiting for them to be ready. He is also patient with children and young weyrlings, he understands that sometimes they make mistakes and will take the time to help them learn what they need to learn.

He's a methodical fellow, probably due to the chaos that his life was while he was growing up in Katila. He does not appreciate things out of place and if they become so, D'sen will work to put it back the way it was. He appreciates order in his life and will work to make sure it stays that way. He is very careful when he does things to make sure that they are in perfect working order, sometimes it may take a long time for D'sen to finish something but when it is done, it can't be said that it was roughshod or haphazard.

D'sen is shy and takes quite some time to come out of his shell, he doesn't try to make waves that will bring attention to himself, impressing bronze notwithstanding and it takes time and patience to befriend him. He can often be seen with a blush coloring his cheeks in awkward situations and anything sexual might leave this boy dude tonguetied. He's incredibly loyal, though, when people are allowed to break his shell and into his inner circle. He will always look out for these people with a fierceness that can rival a wild feline's.

Important History:

715 & 0: Birth, born to Fortian parents. His brownrider father mated to the weyrfolk woman who births his children.
716 & 1: Goes south (obviously) with his parents
718 & 3: A brother. Rainard, is born during exile.
720 & 5: Father's dragon is pulled in by Tsuen and Nirinath, the small family goes to the new settlement. A sibling is born.
721 & 6: Mother catches firehead, pulls through it but is weak for a time.
725 & 10: A sibling is born. The summer storm tears down their home and Dris helps rebuild with his brother. Father talks about taking them back north. Nirinath reinforces command and they stopped discussing it.
726 & 11: Falls from a tree, breaks a wrist. It will always ache.
727 & 12: Nirinath rises and the entire encampment is over the moon with it, even if the size of the clutch is small.
727 & 12: Dragonriders start stealing people from the north and it pisses his father off, mostly because they're still not allowed to move back home.
731 & 16: Knows the lashing of B'jin isn't right but can't stand against it. Nirinath flies again and is caught by Ronarth again. She lays 17 eggs again, including a gold egg. Krypth hatches and impresses Jada. Stands and does not impress
732 & 17: Krypth shocks everyone by hitting the skies super early, gorges, and lays 6 eggs including a gold that impresses Kahleena. Krypth flies again this turn. Wild as hell. This clutch has a brown who impresses a stolen healer. A sibling is born. Dris stands but does not impress. Doesn't know what to think of D'ren's poisoning. A sibling is born.
733 & 18: Krypth flies and clutches again, clutch hatches all greens and a single gold impressing Rhaedalyn. Dris stands but is thankful not to impress at this clutch. Extremely disgusted when the bronzerider was executed, there had to have been another way.
734 & 19: Stands for the next several clutches but does not impress. The landslide sees him with a dislocated knee and shoulder, nightmares of the dragons keening will wrack Dris for most of his life. Highly suspicious of S'kef and his plans but his father is overjoyed that they would be returning north. A Sibling is born. Does not stand for Aradissicath or Okalinath's next clutches. Receives a green firelizard he names Opal.
735 & 20: Riders have completely moved north, taking over Telgar.
736 & 21: Riders vote to open two more weyrs, father takes his family back to Fort. Stands for more clutches but does not impress
739 & 24: Mother births last sibling. Is still unimpressed and is close to giving up.
740-742 & 25-27: Stands for a few more clutches, does not impress. Dris is extremely certain he'll age out but Aradissicath's last clutch (Thundersnow) proves him wrong and he impressed bronze Viskuth. His father is over the moon, especially when his brother Rainard impresses shortly after at Malvayth's clutch.

As a weyrling, Viskuth is rather plain though the undiscerning eye might mistake him for a gold. He is not, thank you very much, and will roar at anyone who tries to tell him he is so. His legs do possess a smattering of green and reddish color as do the underside of his wings. He will point these out rather loudly when people ask after his color. He's rather chubby as a weyrling but will become a svelte and sleek bronze as he matures.

Viskuth

Adulthood

As Viskuth's baby hide begins to shed, he will be noticeably bronze. His hide will maintain the goldish tones that will be interspersed with green. This will be especially noticeable on his wings, there will be no mistaking this bronze for anything except what he is. His lower body is crackled with burnished reds and greens when he reaches adulthood. He will extremely large, coming in around 39ft in length, and will be one of the larger bronzes in the weyr.

Personality

Viskuth is a bronze and he knows it, he is the biggest and brightest and the best. Nothing anyone tells him otherwise will stick with Viskuth, it'll roll off him like the water off a duck's back. He is playful and quite happy to have fun where D'sen is more likely to remain as stoic and stern as ever. His rambunctious and outgoing nature might not have been something seen at his hatching but the subsequent days will see this bronze a rowdy boy. He never fails to try to get D'sen to have some fun and tries hard to get his rider to crack a smile and laugh once in a while.

Much like his rider, Viskuth is not one to mince words. He's not one to beat around the bush and will tell you like it is when it's necessary. He's just as direct as D'sen is and doesn't really have a care what you think. He's not flowery or romantic when he speaks, though he can be quite charming when he feels like it, he just prefers to cut to the chase quickly especially when there is something he wants. Much to D'sen's dismay, Viskuth is a bronze that will chase nearly every tail there is. Once Viskuth decides on a steady mate, this bronze will be as loyal as his rider.
