Benden: 32 C to 39 C

Benden is hit with a heavy heatwave in the last week of Month Six, and first week of Month Seven, which carries through to the end of the month. Their weather will begin to cool in the last week of the month, dropping to the low 30s.

Ista Isle is amused by the weaklings of Benden, but at least their heat is dry. Benden is muggy and riddled with heavy thunderstorms and downpours.

Ista is heating up swiftly, and preparing for a rough summer - hopefully nothing like the one from a couple turns before with the wildfires! The rest of Northern Pern is warming upsomewhat slower, but with no less gusto as summer begins to creep into the sky, keeping the sun awake longer, warming the ledges of the weyrs. Rainstorms are sporadic, but keep the world well watered, despite the heat of the days.

The Red Star can be seen by those who choose to see it, causing no shortage of whispers that Thread will return - and just as much dismissal from those who do not believe. After all, it's been so long, surely it is no longer a threat! Weyrleaders are, regardless, beginning to put together wings in their Weyrs, if only to keep troublesome and bored riders busy.

Month 12, 740 AL

Fort Boundaries:
Winter -3 - 2 C | 26 - 35 F
Fort is already home to snowfalls, though early in the month they fade away when the sun rises. As the month progresses, more snow stays on the ground, ending up with several feet of snow before the month is over. The areas around homes and populations has the snow shoveled away or trodden down. Icicles attached to Weyr ledges prove some danger and are routinely removed.

Ista Boundaries:
Winter, 9 - 21 C | 48 - 69 F
Generally warm enough to go about without a jacket on, Ista has low humidity but high chance of rain, generally in the form of vicious afternoon thunderstorms. The storms wash away any bite of heat the day had, and leave it feeling fresh for the night. The days are short, but grow bright quickly and the afternoons seem to be particularly short when heavy thunderstorms roll in and cover the sky.

Telgar Boundaries:
Winter, -5 - 0 C | 23 - 32 F
Bitterly cold, with icy winds constantly flowing down from the mountains. Freezing rain is almost constant; the sky always a murky grey and the ground slippery with slushy refrozen ice. The days are extremely short, with the nights dropping a good number below the daily average. Icicles attached to Weyr ledges prove a major danger, and are checked upon every day, with anything bigger than a fist being removed.

Month 07, 740 AL

Fort Boundaries:
Summer 27 - 38 C | 80 - 100 F
Light breezes down from the mountains tot he North keep the temperature comfortable, even when the sun can bake an egg on the edge of a weyr. Sunburn is common.

Ista Boundaries:
Summer, 34 - 43 C | 93 - 110 F
A very dry, dusty heat. Little to no rain, causing more than some to worry about the drought not breaking and the rest of the Isle being at risk of fires. Many seek the depths of weyr, hold or hall during the midday and early afternoon heat.

Telgar Boundaries:
Summer, 26 - 35 C | 79 - 95 F
Muggy, sticky and generally just plain humid. Thunder storms are regular occurances, often happening in the early afternoon or evening, with heavy rainfall before drying off sometime in the night. Mornings are usually crisp, but warm up swiftly.

Month 04, 740 AL
North: Early Spring | South: Early Autumn
−1.9 C to 4.7 C | 20.0 C to 29.0

Spring has sprung, with the snow slowly melting in much of the North, creating mushy grounds and greyish, icy snow piles that are doing their best to melt. In comparison, Ista finds itself naturally warmer, (~10C / 50) and many people who can find rides are making their way to the Island to spend some time in warmth and sunshine, away from the lingering touch of winter.

Katila is beginning to cool down to more reasonable temperature, but is no less muggy and uncomfortable to those who are not used to the seasons. It is still a good place to escape to when seeking a warm day or a nice swim at the lake, though.

Winter has come slowly to the Northern lands of Pern, with more rain and cold winds than snow. As the month progresses, more and more snow will fall, with frequent blizzard-like storms towards the very end of the month. Telgar and Fort will in particular become burried under mountains of snow, while Ista is sunjected to frequent icy rainstorms, and heavy winds coming in from across the ocean.

Following the disastrous fires (sometime in around the 28th of Month 08), Ista Isle has found itself suddenly in the midst of constant rain; not enough to flood, but a steady, dreary downfall that seems to only take a time out for a couple of hours here and there, before coming back again. Its cast the entire sooty Isle into a sombre and depressed mood. Alongside the rain, the weather is muggy and while not hot, is not particularly cool, either.

The rest of Northern Pern is getting their usual weather, though they, too, have been called to action following the wildfires that savaged Ista. Many individuals who called Ista Island home have been relocated not just to Ista Weyr, Ista Hold or Sea Cliff Hold, but also to other areas of Pern, whether with family or friends.

Month 08, 739 AL
North: Late Summer | South: Late Winter
17.4 to 25.5 C | 10.8 C to 23.2 C

Ista is still unseasonably warm - 37 to 45 C - has resulted in an incredibly dry summer, with little to no rain. This was climaxed by a dry thunderstorm, the results of which caused three fires to start across the Island on the 24.07.739 in the early morning hours. While the results of this are yet to be played out, the events will no doubt leave more than just the scarring of the land.

18.0 to 26.6 C | 10.2 C to 21.9 C

Ista is still unseasonably warm, with average weather being in the 37 to 45 C range, making it now a more than slightly undesirable escape for the rest of the Northern population from the more enjoyable early summer weather. There has been very little in the way of rain, though the coastal areas are no stranger to the salty wind. Ista's limited farmlands and fields are dry and dusty, with golden straw instead of grass where there is any growth at all.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Northern areas are still getting a lot of evening rain and the occasional thunderstorms, which cools down the populus and allows them to sleep easily without sweating their brains out like the Istans.

Month 11, 738 AL
North: Late Autumn | South: Late Spring

Autumn is coming to an end, with the days slowly becoming shorter still, with early nights and late mornings. The temperature is getting very cool, with jackets being more required, but it has yet to actually snow. Despite this, it is often raining and miserable.

The Southern contient is in full bloom, with flowers coming to life in the grasses and on the trees. The skies are bright blue with fluffy clouds, and occassional sunshowers bringing a dampness to the day. The nights are still crisp, but not cold. The ground is starting to dry up as water is absorbed by the blooming flora.

Month 10, 738 AL
North: Mid Autumn | South: Mid Spring

Autumn is in full tilt, with the leaves a shocking array of orange and red, and more of them on the ground than on the trees. The skies are often a clear and crisp blue, with a cool breeze flowing, shifting the leaves and sending them scattering. Rain is not common, but when it does roll in the skies are dark like night come early, and thunderstorms are not uncommon, though they don't last for long and the amount of rain that falls isn't too heavy.

Month 09, 738 AL
North: Start Autumn | South: Start Spring

Nothern regions are entering into Autumn, with the trees beginning to change to their reds and oranges, while the air is beginning to feel more crips. There are still more warm days than cool, and the nights are mostly warm enough for light bedding still. Rain has faded away and most days are clear and bright.

The Southern contient finds itself heading into spring, with rain and flowers vying for attention. The ground is often muddy and squishy, while the skies are either bright and blue, or overcast wtih fluffy clouds.

Month 08, 738 AL
North: End Summer | South: End Winter

Summer is winding to an end in the Northern hemisphere, with the weather slowly cooling and the trees beginning to turn their leaves. The days are still long and bright, but the sun is beginning to lose some of its strength.

The coastal Weyrs are falling victim to coastal storms, strong winds and heavy rains with thunder and lightening.

The more inbound Weyrs and Holds find themselves drier, not getting nearly as much rain or storms, they find themselves on the end of a long drought.

Month 07, 738 AL
North: Mid Summer | South: Mid Winter

Summer is in full spring in the Nothern hemisphere, with the bulk of each day being unbearbly hot, followed by vicious thunderstorms and heavy humidity in the evenings and at night.

The coastal areas are experiencing monsoon like weather, and spend a lot of their time locked away in Hold, Hall or Weyr.

The more inner locations find themselves faced with more dry heat during the day, and horrible humidity in the evening and at night while the thunderstorms rage.

Appearance
Eye Colour:
Dark hazel
Height:
5'6"
Hair Colour:
Dark brown, wavy
Build:
Wiry
General Description:
Eyes: Dark hazel with long lashes. Thin but bushy eyebrows.

Hair: Dark brown, nearly black. Gets wavier the longer it is. Generally kept above the shoulders, though Nerreh always wants to crop it closer to the head.

Height: 5’6”

General Appearance: Most weyrfolk know Nerreh as 'that one weyrbrat girl who looks like a boy.' She is fairly androgynous in appearance, and dresses in a way that emphasizes that androgyny. She, of course, delights in when she confuses people and actively tries to look even more like a boy. At first, most people assume she's a 14 turn old boy, as opposed to a 17 turn girl.

Nerreh has a wiry build, well suited to dragonriding, in her completely unbiased opinion. As a young weyrbrat, Nerreh had a fondness for getting out of trouble by vaulting over obstacles to get away from pursuers. She has never lost that love of vaulting, and has also picked up a decent climbing skill. Nerreh is sure of her footing when climbing or running away, though in front of other people on flat ground she is much more likely to trip. The climbing has made Nerreh more athletic and made her upper body look more masculine, due to the increased shoulder and upper back muscle and tone. Her calves are also powerful, and she can jump quite high.

Her facial features are rather small and rounded, her most noticeable feature being her eyes. She doesn't often give openmouthed smiles, despite having nice teeth for most Pernese.
General Dressing Style:
Nerreh tends to wear loose, poor fitting clothing. She likes to hide as much of the details of her body as possible, and while the clothing she wears is of decent quality, it isn't really in her size. Has a deep distaste of wearing dresses or skirts (Yay for being a weyrbrat).

Personality
Likes:
Windy Days: There's something about wind that Nerreh just loves. She loves going to high or open places on windy days and just standing with her arms outstretched, feeling the wind around her.
Being seen as a boy: Nerreh gets a nice flush of happiness whenever people think she's a boy, based on her appearance.
Strengths:
Loyal: Once Nerreh has decided she likes someone, she will support and defend them through any trouble. She has a tendency of being overly forgiving to those she has decided deserve her loyalty, which is sometimes not the best.
Insightful: Nerreh is fairly good at figuring out how other people feel or think. Doesn't mean she's great at empathizing, just that she's perceptive of other people and situations.

Proud: Despite people being disparaging of her desire for a fighting dragon, and of her in general, she has a strong sense of self worth and is unlikely to believe negative things said about her (of which there are many).
Dislikes:
Sexism: People telling Nerreh she can't do something because 'girls can't do that' makes her furious. She's not a girl like that and those rules don't apply! Besides, some girls are really talented.
Skirts: Uncomfortable and unnecessary. Once she got older and began choosing her own clothes, she completely removed them from her wardrobe.
Pregnancy: The idea of getting pregnant absolutely terrifies Nerreh. The loss of control over her body is frightening. She would definitely have slept around by this point in her life if she wasn't so afraid of becoming pregnant or asking a rider to take her Between just in case.
Flaws:
Sarcastic: Nerreh sometimes can't hold her tongue and lashes out with biting sarcasm, even against the people she cares for.
Uncooperative: While not usually outwardly rebellious, Nerreh will subtly not follow instructions right, or 'accidentally' mess something up, or just be generally uncooperative. It's an easy way to cause trouble without looking like you are.
Resentful: Nerreh hates when other people get things she feels she deserves instead of her. She also builds resentment towards those who are constantly dismissive of her, who don't garner her forgiveness due to her liking them already.
Habits & Mannerisms:
Nerreh bites her lip when nervous, or thinking, or concentrating, or any number of reasons. Then, of course, she has healing, flaky skin that she finds distracting and has to bite off, leading to constantly chapped lips and some discoloration from healing skin.
General Personality:
Nerreh is fiercely loyal to and protective of those she cares about, and this includes herself. She knows she's weird and if she ever gets a fighting dragon some people are going to be awful. However, she is how she is and some people love her anyway, and she would fight to the death on their behalf.

Nerreh gets rather miffed if anyone implies she is in any way 'girly' or 'feminine.' She tolerates it from her family to an extent, but other weyrbrats who say anything of the sort have to deal with being pissy and doing her best to insult them or make their lives uncomfortable for a bit. Even when it's intended as an insult, Nerreh gets great pleasure from being told she's too boyish or when people think she's a boy. When she ran around Katila with her friends as a child, no one could pick her out as a girl among them unless they knew her already.

Her dream is to Impress a fighting dragon. When her male friends were old enough to be Candidates and attend Candidate classes she would badger them for all the details, trying to learn as much as possible so dragons would be more likely to want her. Nerreh hopes that dragon hatchlings will mistake her for a boy like most people do, and she'll get a 'boy' dragon. Nerreh keeps track of all the women dragonriders, and can name all of them and their dragons, and will happily list them all as proof when someone tells her she'll never Impress a blue.

Important History:
Pre 721 AL & --: Neralia is the daughter of a brownrider and a Lower Caverns woman. Her mother dies when she is young, and her father brings her South with him when the Plague strikes. They reunite with the other dragonriders at Recall. Neralia is very excited to be with other people who aren't related to her and joins in the trend of lots of Reunion sleeping around.

721 AL & Birth: Nerreh is born to Neralia, the result of casual sex. Based on timing and Nerreh's appearance, Neralia believes her child's father is Zaiopia (later Z'ia). She had no interest in telling the father, preferring to care for the child without some irresponsible 19 Turn man getting involved (no double standards here at all from the irresponsible 17 Turn woman).

722-723 AL & 1-2 Turns: Nerreh is a surprisingly well behaved baby, rarely throwing fits or being loud. Neralia is deeply charmed by her daughter. Neralia's father is also charmed by his first grandchild, and spoils her terribly.

725 AL & 4 Turns: Nerreh gets ill, and while the Healers assure Neralia it is a common illness for children and she'll make a full recovery soon, Neralia is terrified and keeps Nerreh close to her for the next few turns.

727 AL & 6 Turns: Neralia gives birth to Nerreh's first sibling, a younger sister named Nadrasse. Nerreh is mildly put out to no longer be the 'baby' and lose some of her family's attention. She starts spending more time with other weyrbrats around her age.

730 AL & 9 Turns: Nerreh's first brother, Nirinox, is born. By this time, Nerreh has gotten used to having a younger sibling and is much less upset about the whole affair.

732 AL & 11 Turns: Nolehven is born. Nerreh discovers her love of climbing and bothers a good number of people trying to get onto the roofs of their huts.

734 AL & 13 Turns: Nerreh's younger brother Nirinox dies in the landslide. It hits Nerreh, her mother, and her two remaining siblings hard. Nolehven, the baby, who had just started talking, refuses to speak after the landslide. Nerreh takes it on herself to protect her brother, while Nedrasse does her best to support their mother.

Indivara Impresses blue Venseth a few months later, and Nerreh's vague desire to ride a fighting dragon is cemented, and she latches onto Indivara as a role model, though they have never really spoken.

735 AL & 14 Turns: Most of Nerreh's friends, male weyrbrats, have been allowed to start standing by then. Nerreh is insanely jealous, and it impacts many of her friendships, only the closest ones staying intact. The transition North makes it easier to quietly end friendships in the hustle and bustle of moving.

736 AL & 15 Turns: Neralia and her three children have fully moved into Telgar. Neralia's father, N’bel, manages to get a weyr big enough to share with his daughter and grandchildren. Nerreh is overjoyed at the opportunity to live in a proper weyr, even before her friends and former friends who Impressed get one (as most of them are still in weyrling barracks).

737 AL & 16 Turns: One of Nerreh's friends (a recently Impressed bluerider) started having a bit of a thing for her. It made her very uncomfortable for some reason, and her fear of pregnancy led her to repeatedly reject him. Eventually, she started avoiding him entirely.

738 AL & 17 Turns: Nerreh is finally old enough to start Standing. She desperately hopes to impress a dragon. Her heart truly want a brown, like her grandfather's dragon, but she has decided she would be happy with a blue, or even a green. She would even accept a gold, if one was the only dragon who would accept her, but she really wants a fighting dragon.

739 AL and 18 Turns: Just over 2 weeks after her 18th birthday, Nerreh Impresses to Faxxonth at Ista. Everyone, including Nerreh, believes Faxxonth is green due to her ambiguous tealish color.

740 AL and 19 Turns: Nerreh realizes Faxxonth is not green, but blue, and just to prove the point to everyone Faxxonth chases gold Thallyath in her maiden Flight - and ends up winning. Oops.

Weyrlinghood
Coloured the soft hue of seafoam, Faxxonth is unanimously assumed to be green for the first nine months of his life. His build is small and somewhat compact, making him appear to be on the lower end of the scale when compared to his siblings. The most notable aspect of his build as a Weyrling, is his large wingspan; until he gets used to the skill of walking, he will often find himself tripping on and over the edges of his wings, and struggles to balance himself when they are folded up completely. As a result, Faxxonth has a tendency to walk around with his wings partially extended, lifted relatively high, in an attempt to balance himself and to avoid tripping on his own limbs.
Faxxonth
Adulthood
As stated, Faxxonth’s adult hide comes through at about nine to ten months of age, blowing everyone’s mind when the seafoam green is replaced with what is definitely a deep navy blue. His base hide is rich and deep, but not too dark. It is highlighted by soft sky blue along his maw, neck and across his sides, brightening him up and making him quite eye catching. Splattered across his entire hide (minus his neck and face) are soft white-blue speckles; they look white, but if one is to block out the background colour of his hide, one will find that they are simply a very pale blue colouration.

In build, Faxxonth never quite grows into his wings, leaving them somewhat on the large side. Fortunately, he does grow into the ability to control his own limbs and understand space and his position in it. As such, while he looks more than a little awkward on the ground, he doesn’t trip on his own limbs… well, not as much. If he’s anxious, excited or otherwise distracted he has a tendency to relive his Weyrlinghood.
Mindvoice
Faxxonth has a very androgynous voice; there is nothing about the way he sounds that corrected people to his being a blue, not a green, as a Hatchling and even into adulthood he retains a voice that is neither male nor female. When happy or neutral, his voice is generally quite soft and to the point; when he is angry or anxious, Faxxonth tends to speak in a terse voice, often sounding slightly snide, as if whomever he is speaking to should know better and be less stupid.
Personality
From the moment of Hatching, Faxxonth was thought of as a green; something he took great amusement in from the very first and saw no reason to correct anyone on this fact, not even his new lifemate – creating his first and (in his opinion) greatest practical joke. It lasted a whole ten months, and he enjoys looking through Nerreh’s memories to laugh about the things that were said and the way things were done.

Unfortunately, his revelation to being a bleu revealed to him just how awful the people in his life could be, primarily in the way they treat Nerreh, but also in their comments and opinions about him and his voices. Faxxonth develops a thick hide, for he is a sturdy dragon who knows who he is and what he likes; he knows that he did not make a mistake and that the best possible path in life for himself and Nerreh, is that they be together.

Due to this, however, he is rather private about the nicknames he comes up with for Nerreh, such as the variety of Honorifics he tries out on his rider before settling on one, and the fact that he refers to Nerreh with male pronouns. In the beginning, it was a playful hint from him to her about his own gender. In the end, though, he came to realise how much the simple change meant to his rider, and he embraced it. As a result, while he won’t refer to Nerreh as male when talking to other dragons or (especially) humans, he does go out of his way to simply not use any pronouns at all. It is natural that he will slip up a little over time, and Faxxonth explains this away depending on the situation and those that heard him.

As a Weyrling, while his voice is too loud to modulate and everyone can hear him calling Nerreh as a boy, a lot of individua’s are inclined to simply think he’s stupid, or perhaps miss-Impressed. After all, Nerreh isn’t exactly the embodiment of feminism. Most people write it off as a weird dragon quirk – especially considering the clutch Faxxonth was born from! While Faxxonth doesn’t care what people think of him, overall, he is quick to get snarky and grumpy when individuals mock Nerreh and he will forever jump to Nerreh’s defence, regardless of what doing so will imply or the trouble it will cause for either of them.

Faxxonth’s loyalty extends beyond Nerreh and into the realm of their friendships. He embraces Nerreh’s friends unconditionally, and is happy enough to spend time with anyone that reaches out to him, though his snarky nature and preference for causing harmless mayhem at the expense of other’s doesn’t usually win him a lot of long term friends – though those that enjoy his company and he theirs are usually partnered for the long term.

Contrary to some blues, and despite his love of little ones, Faxxonth isn’t prone to giving chase. He considers it little more than a popularity contest, and considering his lack of popularity, isn’t prone to winning a lot. Mixed in with Nerreh’s general discomfort he simply doesn’t find it something enjoyable. That isn’t to say he has no needs, and occasionally he will give Chase. But usually only when the odds are in his favour, and he is fond of the green, and Nerreh isn’t repulsed by the other rider. It really cuts down on the available field, when you think about it!
Quirks
Habits/Mannerisms: Calls Nerreh by male pronouns; thought it was hilarious that everyone thought him green and took no steps to correct anyone; Not overly prone to giving Chase; Rarely bespeaks anyone but Nerreh; snorts in disgust a lot.

Likes:
Being thought green: He thought it was a funny quirk of his rider, the way she thought he was a green at Impression, so he rolled with it, starting their personal trend of his calling Nerreh by male pronouns. He’d never really come to understand why it made Nerreh feel so normal to be called by male pronouns, but since it works for them, and since Faxxonth loves Nerreh above all others, he sees no reason to change his tune when those simple words make her so happy. He will forever find it amusing when people find out he was ‘that green Hatchling’, though.
Practical Jokes: Faxxonth enjoys practical jokes, be them harmless fun or those that walk the line between amusing and slightly cruel. Very few others are aware of this trait, due to the dragon’s tendency towards privacy, but Nerreh will often be the recipient of his amusement, or see the pranks he has pulled on unsuspecting subjects (usually dragons, but occasionally people). Despite his tendency to push the limits when it comes to pranking others, he is incredibly careful not to push Nerreh’s limits. After all, they belong together and he knows Nerreh’s limits, better than he knows his own.
Babies: So, maybe not in his personal space, but Faxxonth loves babies; he loves watching Hatchings and makes a point of their attending any they can get to. Firelizard babies are amazing and amusing, and human babies are the strangest creatures he has ever seen. That said, he doesn’t like the way they stick their hands up his nose… and why are their hands always so sticky?! Yes, he loves them. But he loves them from a distance, thank you. He embraces Nerreh’s lack of desire to reproduce, and is very good about taking his rider between to avoid pregnancy as routinely as desired.

Dislikes:
Bad Attitudes towards Nerreh: Not until his weyrling hide shed away to reveal that he is actually a blue, did Faxxonth realise how much easier Nerreh had had life, while he was thought to be a green. Women Impressing green is unusual, but not viewed as wrong, not the way women on blue are. When it came out that he was blue, he noticed the attitude changes towards his rider, and he didn’t like it. He will never like it, and while he isn’t prone to bespeaking other people, he certainly isn’t above glowering at them, lifting his lips in a voiceless snarl, or snapping at dragons who echo their rider’s opinions. Nerreh is his and he did NOT make a mistake in his choice!
Chasing: Unless he really fancies the green dragon, Faxxonth really doesn’t care for giving chase. He finds the whole ordeal to be a waste of time and a popularity contest he doesn’t care to win (he will never admit that he really isn’t all that popular with the ladies, even if he doesn’t actually care).
Humourless Individuals: People, dragons, firelizards… it doesn’t matter! If they have no sense of humour, then Faxxonth doesn’t have time to be around them… unless, of course, he’s taking the mickey out of them by using them as the butt of one of his practical jokes. As a rule, though, humourless individuals are a bore and he doesn’t have the time to be bored in life, thank you very much.

Strengths:
Loyalty: Faxxonth is incredibly loyal. Once a friend has been found in him, it will take the strength of Faranth to shift him from their side. Great betrayal is something that will ultimately cause the friendship to fracture and fall apart, as Faxxonth considers such to be ultimately uncouth of a friend. Friends should be true, honest and loyal.
Flying: With a natural grace in the air that he is not able to replicate on the ground, Faxxonth has a love of flight and being in the air. He will be quick to take to the skies as soon as he’s allowed, and will often go on flights without Nerreh when it isn’t possible for his rider to accompany him, for whatever reason. He never goes far without Nerreh, but he won’t forgo an evening flight just because paperwork needs to be done or chores are waiting.
Independent: Faxxonth enjoys spending time with other dragons, and likes having friends, but he is also very independent. He’s happy to spend time alone - whether in flight or snoozing in the sunshine. He doesn’t need the embrace of other’s to make him feel good about himself or his choices in life. He just needs Nerreh, and the love that comes with their Bond. Everything else, honestly, is just a bonus.

Flaws:
Snarky: With an incredible habit of making snide comments, Faxxonth has a tendency to alienate himself from the more sweet dragons; it doesn’t really make him very popular with the majority, but those others who have a quick wit and sharp tongue will likely find him amusing company.
Stubborn: The ignorant and the obnoxious are met with stubborn refusal to converse. Faxxonth cannot stand those that are inclined towards his choice in rider being ‘wrong’ or, in the opinion of some, something that makes him weak. He rarely rises to the bait to actually partake in a verbal battle, but as previously stated, is not above glowering and growling his displeasure.
Klutz: Faxxonth is not the most graceful of dragons - notably when on the ground. He improves as he grows older, but will always maintain a level of klutz that is pretty amusing to most individuals. He doesn’t have much of a head for size and space, often thinking he can fit into places he actually can't, and misjudging his between jumps; it will only take a few close calls before Nerreh will start making sure he is well above the expected location upon arrival.
