"Well it certainly isn't an unspoken rule if you speak of it, and if that's the case is it even really a rule anymore? I suppose it's snow big deal though," S'far paused to chuckle before gesturing for T'ryn to follow him back inside so that he could at least put his tools away and they could be comfortable while they talked. "You're right though, there's snow excuse for me to slack off, people might winter what's wrong with me if I keep repeating the same old fluff. Weather or not I care though..."
He glanced at the younger man and laughed again, giving T'ryn a firm slap to the back. "Sorry, I suppose I can hold off for a bit. I've looked over some of the options you've given me. Fort already approved of the transfer on their end, Mulrissa is on board, so I think the best course of action is to proceed as soon as she and her dragon are ready." S'far kept talking as he made his way back towards his personal weyr, pushing open the door and ushering T'ryn inside so he could check for any notes he had on the matter at his desk.
"Cazan is pregnant, and I'm sure you are aware that makes the move more complicated. I like your idea to have her complete her between training here with the latest batch of Weyrlings. We may as well try to move her sooner rather than later. Birth can bring complications that would delay things even more, but we'll want to move before she's too big to do more than waddle and be angry." He tapped on one of his notes and turned back to T'ryn as he asked, "Malvayth is a strong flyer right? We'll need to plan for stops and a small escort, but I think flying directly here once that clutch hatches and the two of them are ready would be the best plan. How good are you at camping?"
