He could probably find a ship bound for Nerat Bay, and from there... well he still had that horse. It was old, but it might still do the job.
He jumped at the sudden appearance of the firelizard, barely managing to keep his klah contained to its cup. "Shit! Sorry, sorry. Just startled. If... if you think it would be fine I suppose we can stop by and see Cazan? If you think she'll know anything about Helyna."
Vondal hated how nervous he was about the entire thing. He'd spend the past decade of his life as comfortable as he could get working on the ship. Sure he didn't know anything about who he used to be or where he came from, but at least things were simpler.
