Cazan wasn't sure of what was happening at first, but things were shaking, bits of the ceiling were falling, and baby dragons were just vanishing. There was enough panicked cursing around her that she was able to catch a few things, earth quake, between. She grabbed onto T'ryn's hand, her knuckles paling as she squeezed from her own fear and uncertainty. Between? She hadn't seen those babies impress anyone, they didn't have anyone with them, they just... they just went? But she remembered dragons went there to die, that they got lost and trapped.
"Fucking baby ghost dragons now?" She hissed the words softly under her breath without realizing she'd said them aloud. With the quake stopping she turned to T'ryn, releasing his hand. "Things like this happen all the time?"
She wasn't expecting an answer, wasn't sure she really wanted an answer. People were calming back down already though, or rather they were settling back down. There was still a noticeable feeling of tension buzzing in the air, but no one was running. Even with another candidate clawed up no one was running, things weren't being canceled (though she supposed that you could not simply pause a baby dragon from hatching). Hopefully there would be no more shaking, no more baby dragon attacks, or other surprises.
