Her view slightly obscured by, well, being short cleared and she saw Misharan Impress. She let out a bright noise that seemed to contain heaps upon heaps of joy. While she hadn't really known the Candidate, there was absolutely nothing better than knowing the dragonet had found his lifemate. They might have a fight to get there but they would, she was sure of it. Sariel was so full of...emotion that she hopped a little in place, her expression one of dazzling joy.
She craned her neck to see, gently nudging her way to see their newest dragon pair before they disappeared for a much-needed feeding. Sariel knew they'd be alright, especially now! Every thought in her head seemed to abuse exclamation marks and she was practically vibrating with anticipation. If she Impressed, she was more than capable of caring for a dragon that needed extra help. The thought was a little ball of ferocity as she tore herself away from watching Misharan and his lifemate tackle life.
There were more eggs. More dragonets that needed love and hope and care. Sariel gave them all the mental and emotional brilliance she could. They deserved to live, to Impress, to find the one person they needed to surive. They deserved to be tucked into a wallow and looked after with a ferocity known only to those bonded to a dragon.
She knew full well she was full of sappy hope and light but that's what these little ones really needed after the darkness of the Touching. They should be greeted with all the goodness of many Hatchings before. As she thought, she hummed a sweet note that fit neatly in the faint humming that had been there from at least Semath and a few others.
She'd hum until she was hoarse.
Sariel didn't care what anyone said about these little dragonets, they were beautiful, every single one.
