Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Casa, who was still randomly exhaling a giggle, gave Nerreh an apologetic look. “Sorry,” she mumbled, though her green eyes were still alight with mirth. Casa twisted, so she could perch herself on her elbow, facing Nerreh and grinning. “For almost six turns, I’ve listened to her, and her super-sized ego crap on about how no bronze is good enough for her.” Her grin morphed into a smirk. “Didn’t realise that meant she was going to tangle with another colour, though. Figured she’d pick the least offensive bronze, not, you know… get caught by a Weyrling.” Casa waved her hand idly, and snorted, shaking her head.
Well, I wasn’t wrong, was I? None of them were good enough for me! The dragon was getting some of her mojo back, as Casa had put into words the situation and Thallyath realised that being caught by the young blue wasn’t as offensive to her as it was to all the bronzes and browns who had failed to capture her. With this thought, her smugness intensified, and she also warmed up considerably to Faxxonth. She wasn’t exactly cuddly, but she also wasn’t radiating mortified horror any longer, and her little gold body relaxed.
Casa gave another snort of laughter, and shook her head. “Do you think blues are able to sire clutches?” Casa asked, relaxing back onto the bed and folding her arm under her head so she could frown thoughtfully at Nerreh. “I mean, greens never lay eggs… though they get caught by bronzes sometimes, too, so that could be a green thing. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a blue fathering a clutch, though. What do you think?” Lifting her eyebrows, Casa smiled encouragingly at Nerreh, not at all finding it weird to have such a conversation while stark naked, in bed, post flight with someone that could really only be considered a friend if she tilted her head and squinted.
She had, after all, developed various relationships in more obscure locations… positions… situations.
