M’dox watched T’bia as he sorted everything, quietly sipping his own hot chocolate. He’d never have thought to organize clothes by color. Was that weird of him? Did most people do that? M’dox pondered this, as T’bia sorting things by color sort of lulled him into a sort of sleepy trance, just watching this and that being tossed into its proper pile. When T’bia asked about another level of sorting, M’dox looked over all the piles, considering. That was fairly logical, wasn’t it, separating clothes by what article it was. He wasn’t awake enough to realize the implications that had for sorting his closet by type of clothing, however.
“That makes sense. You think we could do it by weight, too? Like, lighter fabrics to heavier fabrics?” A lot of the time M’dox was looking for a specific weight or texture of fabric, and that was honestly a better metric than color. It’s not like he cared about matching all that much after all.
After a moment, M’dox realized he was letting T’bia do all the work. He was just sitting and drinking hot chocolate and half falling back asleep. That was rude of him! It was his stuff they were organizing, after all. He should help.
“What should I do?” M’dox asked, not wanting to get in the way of whatever process T’bia had going on. He wanted to help, but he didn’t want to mess up T’bia’s system or anything! And with his organizing skills, of which he had less than none, he’d probably immensely ruin things if he didn’t have instructions.
