A lazy smirk formed on N’mor’s lips at Mylorah’s pouty, sighing accusation, and he shrugged his right shoulder, amused. “Well,” he teased, “I won’t not answer them.” N’mor crinkled his nose up at her as he smiled. It wasn’t like he’d give her all the answers, or even the answers she likely thought she should or would be getting, but he would answer all her questions in some manner. He did laugh outright at Mylorah’s continued pouting. “You are awfully obsessed with him,” he teased, leaning forward onto his elbow on the table, and lifting his eyebrows playfully.
N’mor watched Mylorah reach for a cookie before reangling and grabbing her drink of water instead. He almost laughed outright at that, but instead eyed the girl for several moments, weighing his options. Considering how she’d played, and how long they’d been bantering, he decided to offer her the answer she was so obviously craving. “I’m not sure,” he answered, quite honestly, blinking. A frown furrowed his eyebrows as N’mor considered the timeframe since his first encounter with the bluerider. “A few months?” He didn’t bother to correct Mylorah on the fact that he and Z’rin weren’t a couple; she wouldn’t listen and even if she did, she’d contest the statement so why bother?
Mylorah’s wicked questions startled a laugh out of N’mor, and he shook his head at the young woman, smiling in high amusement. “Of course you want to know that stuff,” he teased, shaking his head and rolling his eyes. “Why don’t you tell me what you think the answers are, and I’ll tell you how wrong you are?” He scrunched his nose up at her again, resisting the urge to stick out his tongue like he did when teasing his little sister.
