Mylorah scowled at her water when N'mor got up and was out of view. He was so infuriating when he was like this! Why couldn't he be normal and answer questions like anyone else would? Even if they didn't want to flat out answer, normally there was a blush or shifting in their seat or something! No, she had to stay calm and fight fire with fire and snark with snark. "Oh I'm sure you shine it and other parts of him just fine," Mylorah chirped with a smile to help make her sound as happy as she was trying to go for. She wouldn't let him get away without some more information and she was convinced she was on the right track now!
"Really?" Mylorah lit up a bit more genuinely again as N'mor sat down and a wicked grin of her own appeared. "What type of rewards do you get from him? I want to know what I'd be in for." She knew all about the way R'nd reacted to N'mor's staring thanks to T'ryn's stories so she tried turning it around on him and stared intently at the bronzerider even as she silently willed him to confess all his secrets that she was dying to know. Maybe Rhezalth would help her if she implored him. Didn't dragons enjoy teasing their bonded? Most, anyway, and no doubt this one would be as stoic as the rider. Not that she could recall Rhezalth ever bespeaking her. Syrendryth didn't either. Maybe it was a bronze thing? It looked like she was on her own and only one tactic left to her.
Begging.
"Oh, c'mon, N'mor," Mylorah slumped back in her chair, the staring contest that had barely begun now over. "I promise I won't tell anyone if that's what you're worried about. I just saw that you were... well, happy, and wanted to know who was to blame for it. It's a good look on you."
