Indivara had a sour look on her face as she marched ahead of Kerrin, who was babbling about dresses and hemming as Indivara exchanged a dour look with his dragon, before stopping abruptly when they made it to the little pool where the others were waiting. Turning around firmly, her hands set on her hips, Indivara glared Kerrin into silence, her amusement only coming into view at the sheepish look the greenrider gave her before he greeted the other guys. Indivara shook her head, puffed out a sigh, and hoped to the very frozen airs of between the young man forgot that dress he was threatening her with.
Turning around once more, Indivara kicked her shoes off, and the pants she was wearing quickly followed, though the shirt remained in place. For all the girl’s apparent lack of care about things such as physical appearances, she was incredibly touchy about the scarring; so much so that Kerrin was the only one present that had actually seen them in details. Something that was only because he was so often determined for her to try on his latest piece of clothing, and he’d never done more than frown when she’d demanded a change that would hide them.
Flopping down on the edge, Indivara slipped into the pool between the greenrider and the bronzerider, shooting Ryvian a neutral look that belied the fact that she was currently uncomfortably aware of what had happened last time they’d ended up in a pool of hot water. She was glad of the heat of the current pool though, as it excused the sudden hot feeling across her face and she pursed her lips as she allowed Kerrin to braid her hair, tying it off and swirling it into a heavy bun that kept it out of the water. Only then did Indivara turn her gaze onto the twins with the intent of answering their questions.
“It was okay,” she shrugged one shoulder, her tone blasé and expression matching. The girl managed to hold it for all of about twenty seconds – in which she could just about hear all three boys mentally counting – then she grinned wickedly and rolled her eyes skyward, “It was fantastic,” she gushed, slumping in the pool with an ecstatic look on her face, blue eyes sparkling and alive.
