Seijin knelt down and looked closely at a plant he had found in the forest. He stayed close to the trail not wishing to get lost. He ran his fingers softly over the petals of the flower taking in its color and texture. He lifted his head and though he heard something in the distance but stayed concentrating on the flower.
Seijin was checking out some plants nearby when he tilted his head to the side again. He heard what he though was humming and singing. He was sure of it now it was faint before but now it was unmistakeable. The voice sounded familiar and he just had to smile. He picked up the flower that he had found. It was a lovely red in color and it would make a good base for a dye. He put the flower in his basket and followed the sound.
He remembered back to the day that he meet the charming red head on the island and they had become fast friends since then. There personalities meshed well and they were both a little shy at first and quiet. And she was interesting in his dyes as much as he was enchanted by her art. To bad though that he didn't like women that way or they might of becomes more then friends but he was content with just staying friends.
He approached slowly not wishing to disturb her as she worked and just leaned against a tree watching softly waiting for her to notice him. He had a grin of his face wondering how long she would miss him.
