Grith probably couldn't have noticed Larrikith's biting tone if she tried. Shifting on the rock face she swerved her head to stare at Ronarth, blinking owlishly as Larrikith invited them both to fly. Digging her claws in her head turned and followed the two as they each launched themselves off of the mountain top. Rumbling deep in her chest she looked up at the sky, watching the thin streaks of cloud racing across it. One cloud, two cloud, high cloud, low cloud. Her voice was light and wispy, distracted almost. As she heard Larrikith's last word she snapped her head down, as if she'd only just realized what she'd asked.
Without thinking she thrust herself away from the mountain, beating her wings furiously to keep from falling onto the sharp jutting rocks that were just beneath her. One, two, three four five sixseveneight! She cried out, sending out waves of glee. Catching a thermal she rocketed up, bugling loudly. Betcha can't catch meee! Grith challenged, though who she was challenging exactly wasn't clear as she was racing alongside a small cloud and staring at it.
Tucking a wing into her body she spun into a barrel roll, using her flared wing to maintain her flight. Evening out she trilled sharply, swooping down to where Larrikith and Ronarth were gliding. Banking to the right away from them she crooned before flipping and returning to her initial position. One hut, two hut, three hut...
