Par'a slapped her hand across her mouth to smother the loud giggle when G'rem threatened them to behave, her eyes sparkling. "Oh I dunno, I think he likes to be spanked himself!" She squealed, her hand dropping to clutch her stomach as she laughed. Pell! You'll get in trouble! Grith's voice was a high squeal, mirroring her rider's mirth. She rumbled the dragon equivalent of laughter loudly beside Par'a, her eyes whirling vibrant pink.
Spying Oruth who was bounding over excitedly she walked over to her and crouched down, rubbing the little Green's snout. "You're gonna love this!" She declared, standing up as she heard Larrikith declaring that she would fly first. She didn't hear B'jin's side of the conversation, but she could piece together what was going on. Her laughter filled the air again as Larrikith flicked between indignantly and reappeared above them bugling.
"Hmm yes... Jada, and two other by my count. No, three!" Watching the other Weyrlings mounting up and helping their dragons up she narrowed her eyes in thought and leant against B'jin. As he dealt with getting Oruth mounted up on Grith Par'a turned her gaze to the entrance of the Weyrling Barracks, seeing Jada, Erisi, Dogul and Tirydin eventually all making their way out.
To the side Grith was bouncing excitedly as B'jin approached with Oruth. It took her a while to stand still and when she did it was only for the few seconds it needed to get Oruth on board. She felt the little one clasping to her back and she bounced a little in excitement. Feeling that Oruth was settled she crouched, her muscles bunching together.
Let's go!
With that Grith bolted forward in great leaping bound, her wings pumping furiously. A final, giant leap sent her soaring into the air, her squeal mingling with Oruth's and echoed nearby by Visltine's own short squawk of surprise. The small Green wheeled around, weaving around Larrikith with a pleasant trill. Swooping under her she let her wingtips trace the other Green's belly. Larrikiiiiiiith! She called back, sweeping left and pumping her wings to rise high above her.
"Come on you layabouts, dragons up! Let's get walking!" She called to the four late Weyrlings, giggling when she turned to B'jin and seeing his elaborate bow. With a silly grin on her face she snaked her arm to link in around B'jin's. She didn't wait before pulling him along, if the Weyrlings weren't ready then they could run to catch up. It would do them good, they were clearly lazy if they were late!
