“That’s my girl,” Misha laughed, completely relating to the feeling of not really knowing someone he slept with (though Misharan did like try getting to know them better, that was often the step after having sex with them) “and even if he is anything like T’ryn in personality, it hardly seems like personality is why you’re into him.” Probably wasn’t even a part of the initial equation. That was all appearance, a category T’drin certainly wasn’t lacking in (even if he was a bit bulkier than Misharan’s usual taste).
Mylorah’s pout was answered with a grin, “See, the reason blondes have more fun is because you’re friends with all of us. So you have the most fun, but you’re only one brunette, as opposed to over half the blondes in the Weyrs, so we as a group, have more fun. Or something like that,” and he started playing with her hair again. Long hair was plenty fun to play with, and Mylorah’s was particularly soft, but Misha didn’t find it worthwhile to grow out his hair himself. He’d tried once, at fifteen. Never again, it was a horrible experience. Mylorah could have the long hair in their friendship as long as she continued to let him pet it.
“Mymy, you know analyzing your love life is just an excuse to gossip with you,” he teased, “though at the moment maybe tracking down T’ryn so you can remind yourself how very not attracted to your brother you are may help with your peace of mind.” Misharan was perfectly confident she was just being paranoid and would realize it was just her brain latching onto things for no reason soon enough, but speeding up the process didn’t hurt. And seeing T’ryn would be fun. Calling them ‘close’ would be an immense exaggeration, but they’d hung out on occasion due to Mylorah’s antics, and Misha rather liked the bronzerider. Besides, any excuse to further solidify friendships was a good excuse. Though if he was going to be at Telgar fairly frequently until the Hatching, they didn’t necessarily have to track him down now. “It’d be lovely to see him, but, as you say, he’ll be around. I am for whatever you think will be most entertaining for your first evening at Telgar, Mylo,” he told her, giving a half shrug to emphasize his lack of preference in the matter. Anything they decided on would be fun, especially after time apart at different Weyrs.
