“Uh-huh,” she mumbled into her glass of water at N’mor’s easy way around what she knew she saw. Mylorah studied him from over the brim of the glass and wondered how she would get the tight-lipped man to spill the beans on his love life without her having to hide behind the couch or something just as silly.
“I’m sure you did very well in your bronzely duties of nodding and taking credit for your part in the creation of the insane Hatching but this was different.” She couldn’t really say exactly how it was different from anyone else that may have greeted N’mor with a wave or a smile but it just seemed like it to her. Maybe she knew N’mor well enough to see the slightest hint of emotion through a quirk of a brow or twitch of lips trying not to smile in return or maybe the bluerider in question was simply trying too hard not to seem too happy to see the bronzerider.
“Z’rin’s cute,” Mylorah sat back in the chair and folded her legs up under her as she grinned at N’mor. She wasn’t going to let him get away with that answer and was going to be annoying until he gave in. She was pretty sure Rhezalth wouldn’t try to drag her off the ledge if N’mor couldn’t get her out the door so she seemed safe enough to stay where she sat and continue pressing. “I don’t blame you at all for your choice in bed partner. I’d pick him too.” Of course she was a bit freer with who she took to bed but Z’rin was rather tasty in his own right.
