Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Indivara was in a bad mood. This, of itself, wasn’t anything unusual, but usually when Indivara was in a sour mood, she kept herself secluded away and simply snapped at those stupid enough to live with her (V’ler) or visit (‘friends’! Hah!). Instead, the young woman had a basket hooked over one elbow with sand stolen from the Hatching Grounds on it, and in it, what remained of a clutch of eggs.
She’d filled the basket with sands when she realised Queenie had recently flown, figuring she could sell the eggs at the local Hold and make a few extra marks. She hadn’t really expected Queenie to use the makeshift nest – and certainly she’d spent enough time glaring at the blues to keep everyone in the weyr high strung – but she had. Unfortunately for Indivara, when she’d tried to take them to the Hold to sell them to the locals, she’d gotten rather solidly told off by, of all creatures, Venseth, who refused to allow her to make money off Queenie’s poor unhatched babies.
So, Indivara was in a foul mood. The eggs were worth a fortune, and what was the point in having a gold firelizard if she couldn’t make some money off her eggs? It wasn’t like anyone at the Weyr was going to pay for them (she wasn’t even going to ask and get laughed at) which meant the short, scarred woman was seen stalking around the weyr shoving eggs off onto anyone who stopped long enough to look at her. Her only relief was that here were no gold eggs in the clutch; she would have refused to just give away a baby gold. Especially when whomever got her probably wouldn’t have such an obnoxious blue dragon that would prevent them making some damned money!
Oh, please. You have more than enough money to fund your lifestyle. Just finish giving the eggs away and stop sulking.

Spotting someone new, she smoothed her features slightly so she would not look so furious and marched up to M’dox, eyeballing the brownrider. “Here!” she said, and with very little warning, she shoved the last egg into his hands. It was not very big – probably a green, a blue at best – but she did not care about that. He was getting a free firelizard. He would be grateful or he could give it to someone else, she did not care. “It’ll Hatch in a couple days.” She warned. “Queenie laid a clutch.” She pointed to the preening firelizard on her shoulder.
