T’bia smiled, wide and radiant. “Of course!” he chirped, hand still secure in M’dox’s grasp. It probably would have been uncomfortable, but T’bia was quite used to the touchy-feely nature of R’nd, so having the brownrider before him apparently forget they had their hands clasped didn’t bother T’bia at all, and he didn’t make a big scene when he gently extracted his left hand so that he could return to his laundry. He was almost done, which kind of made him sad, because he felt like he and M’dox were almost flying on the same air current.
“We can go whenever you want,” he chattered, wringing out his bed sheets as best he could, “Jycenth and I haven’t been in a while, but we don’t really have anything to schedule around, what with the lack of Wings and stuff. Mostly just general chores and those can be put aside for a few hours so long as they’re done, I suppose.” He looked up and flashed his smile again, his mood buoyant once more. For all that he was easy to bring down with a few well placed (or accidental) words, T’bia was a cheerful young man at his core, and he couldn’t be kept down for long.
“Today might not be a good day, what with us both elbows deep in laundry, but other than that, I think we’re good. Jai? Did you have plans?” He spoke out loud to his dragon, to give M’dox the benefits of hearing at least half of the conversation, T’bia’s head tilted slightly to one side as he listened to his dragon’s response. “He doesn’t want to go today, because he’s just gorged, and wants to sleep it off.” T’bia laughed.
