R’vi rolled his eyes at Indivara’s threat that he’d be stuck with them on the Sands. As if that would be a punishment! He’d be able to lounge around all day, working on his tan or napping in the shade. Sure, he’d have to deal with the occasional crankiness from the dragon which would set off Indivara for a bit but it’d be worth it in the end. Being lazy and hanging out with a friend; that’d be a good life. “I’m kind of sad you got a blue now,” he lamented with a far off gaze, “even with your demands, it’d still be a relaxing time for me. Why’d you have to turn out to be blue, Venseth?” He threw a pout at the dragon before smiling at the blue, ensuring it was known he was just teasing.
“Ha! I’d like to imagine you’d have an insufferably sweet gold bonded to you. Someone like Rhaedalyn maybe. So chipper all the time and meaning well with trying to take care of you.” That would definitely serve Indivara right if she ended up with that type of dragon. He supposed an extremely stubborn gold that could butt heads with his friend would also be possible but the sweet to balance out Indivara’s sour seemed like a better mix.
I think you should be. I like you in blue though. It suits you. Vydoriath offered up, amused by the whole thing and how carefree the humans seemed to be for once. So much had thrown them off kilter with the move North and creating a new path to follow that it was nice to see them just exist without any stress.
