Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! Eyes: Large blue bordering on grey eyes that can leave him looking bewildered at times. Other times, he can almost pull off his father’s charm with soft expressions.
Hair: Light blonde locks that are styled slightly on the messy side. They are also too long to be called short but too short to be anything else.
Height: 5’1; Average height for his age and still growing. At 18 he will be his full height of 5’11.
General Appearance: Telrynd has his father’s jawline and facial structure which makes for an uncanny similarity that most people can’t overlook. The only difference that is strongly noticeable between the two men is Telrynd’s full plush lips which he gets from his mother. It’s due to those lips and wide bright eyes that Telrynd can pull off dramatic expressions ranging from extremely pouty to large smiles that fully reflect his mood since he hasn’t mastered acting otherwise.
His skin is a light even tan thanks to his time being divided with chores and playing outdoors and classes and quiet time spent inside. His frame is that of a typical young man where he still retains the baby fat of youth. As he grows in height for the next several turns, the softness his body still projects will fade away and leave behind more muscle on a thin yet sturdy frame that comes from his father.
Dressing Style: Very casual and comfortable so he’s never hindered in anything he does but his clothes are always surprisingly clean.

General Character Traits: Telrynd knows when to be quiet and behave but also knows when and how to have fun. He’s typically rather mellow but when something he really likes or enjoys is happening, he can be a normal boy laughing and joking with the best of them.
Due to knowing who his father is, despite R’nd not knowing about him, Telrynd often feels like he has a reputation to live up to and will sometimes try his hand at being as charming as the bluerider or flirting with pretty girls. Given his young age, he’s not entirely into the idea of dating and everything that comes with it just yet but he figures practice makes perfect. Once his father knows and the Weyr has confirmation of what they always suspected, Telrynd will feel a new level of pressure as he tries to be the perfect son to the man he has always wanted to know and views as a role model. Still more into being a dragonrider than a lover, Telrynd flails and often fails at relationships as he tries to discover his own identity.
When left to his own devices and not worrying about expectations, Telrynd is a clever boy that likes working out puzzles and strategies. If there is any pressure on him to solve the issue, he doesn’t notice but instead finds it an almost soothing task. There’s a sense of purpose that takes over as he works on them and pride when everything is solved.
Habits/Mannerisms: He’s actually rather easy to make blush and shuffles from foot to foot when nervous or feeling especially awkward.

Telrynd is born without any real fanfare to Telerii, coming at the end of the baby boom brought on by the reunion of the dragonriders. 227 & 5:
His mom takes him to the first Katilan Hatching. He’s too young to remember much in later life but he does remember his mom’s joy and pride when Orwind Impresses blue Ayyonth. 229 & 07:
Takes a tumble off a slippery rock at the lake, cutting his leg open. He heals without issue but has a small jagged scar to remind him to always watch his step.231 & 09:
Becomes friends with Indamor. Suspects it’s because of their fathers’ relationship but humours the other kid. Actually starts to like Indamor as a real friend soon into their new alliance.233 & 11:
Begins the countdown to his twelfth birthday so he can Stand. He’s too young to understand most of the political drama stirring up but knows Candidates are needed and he wants to prove himself worthy to a dragon, the Weyr, and especially his father. 234 & 12:

T’ryn always loved watching the wings practice even before he had a dragon of his own. His theory was that one day he would be a part of a wing and it was to his benefit to learn drills and formations. There was also something wonderful about watching so many dragons flying together as well. Now that he had bonded to a bronze, T’ryn couldn’t help but hold onto the new hope that he would lead a wing one day. Perhaps, he added hastily to his dreams, with not the same methods as R’nya. That man had some strange ideas for warm ups and group activities. It was fun watching grown men – his father included – play silly games though.
Speaking of his father, it seemed practice was over and R’nd was currently stripping off layers of clothing and dabbing a towel to his face. Just like with silly warm-ups, there were cool downs as well and the dragonriders were left sweaty and sometimes grumpy. As he watched R’nd affectionately pet Ayyonth’s neck and laugh at something the blue must have said, the usual desire to purposely talk to R’nd took hold stronger than ever.
Why was he still listening to his mom and keeping everything a secret? He was nearly thirteen and a man grown! He also Impressed to a bronze, so he definitely had a say in whether or not R’nd should know he had another son. This was the perfect time as well. R’nd was mostly alone with his wingmates starting to head their own ways and B’jin wasn’t around. It was nice to see people in love but those two seemed to be glued at the hips some days and it made it hard to approach either of them.
Running out of ideas to keep him from moving, T’ryn finally jumped to his feet and tried not to run as he made his way over to the blue pair. Syrendryth took a moment before following and sat down a few feet behind his rider as moral support. “Hello, R’nd,” that was a good start! Greetings were always civilized and gained the proper attention. Now, he just had to find a way to point out his parentage in the same easy manner.
