Hello loves! While I haven't been writing, I have been working on updating some issues that have been hanging around on the layout! The Character change box is now at the bottom of the page, beside the up/down arrows! Green and Gold dragon flight dates have been shifted to the bottom of the page, where the (useless!) discord widget was located. Where the dragon flights were in the header, is now replaced by a Monthly Event box! This will be updated at the start of each month, with a fun mini-event you can take part in, if you want to! “Yes… no… well, yes but…” Rhaedalyn didn’t know how to respond. Emotionally she was a bit up and down on the scale of being okay or not but overall, she felt she was all right. She was certain she was physically okay as well. Unless she ended up with a bruise from her fall! What if someone saw it and assumed it came from R’nya being heavy-handed with her? Everyone still whispered about S’kef’s way with Jada and Rhaedalyn didn’t want anyone to think poorly of her friend! She’d have to be careful about what she wore if a bruise did appear. Then again, what if people noticed she was dressed differently as well and assumed it was due to hiding something?
Everything was going so horribly wrong! R’nya looked like he was amused by all of her antics as well with the look he gave her and the poke to the nose she received and he could probably see everything if she moved even the slightest! Suddenly extremely self-conscious and embarrassed over naked, having bed head, and no doubt suffered from awful morning breath that she was quite surprised hadn’t scared off the pursuers earlier, Rhaedalyn’s head slowly dipped back below the bed line as she curled up into a little ball, hugging her knees to her chest. She’d cry right then but that would spook R’nya and she couldn’t do that to him after all his kindness.
She was a goldrider now as well. A fully blossomed one at that! Her dragon would clutch soon now that she had flown and there wasn’t time for self-pity, tears, or anything other than smiling and doing her duty. At least that’s what Rhaedalyn tried to tell herself as she rested her cheek on her knees. Her protector and friend had won her maiden flight and despite her lack of experience, there was enough lust lingering between them to spark another romp, and she had cuddled up to him afterward like they were a perfectly normal and happy couple. She had definitely overstepped a line somewhere in there and the fact that she had agitated his bladder only made things worse!
“You can go pee, you know. I’m sorry I had you trapped,” Rhaedalyn knew she was mumbling and her mother would not have been pleased by that. Most men believed women should be seen and not heard but they did like a woman who could enunciate and didn’t make them have to strain to hear their words of obedience. She’d have to apologise for it to R’nya later.
Afraid to make any sudden movements after tossing herself off her own bed, Rhaedalyn carefully looked back up over the bed to check on R’nya and show him her next words were meant. She wasn’t going to cry as she said the words but try to smile to verify her claims of being okay. “You… you don’t have to linger. I’ve taken up so much of your day already. I’m okay, I promise.” Rhaedalyn had a feeling she was mostly okay due to Aradissicath’s influence. She had been close to panicking moments before but now she was once again calm and almost numb to the entire experience – though the latter could have been more from drowsiness. First flight meant the first time dragon and rider had truly merged minds and with sex on top of that, Rhaedalyn was tired and a bit sore.
You need a bath and some medicine then! We need you in top shape for the party tonight, remember, Aradissicath would make sure Rhaedalyn didn’t forget their plans for that night. A feast was being held in her honour! The gold dragon was incredibly smug about that and couldn’t wait to have everyone fawning over her for flying so well and complimenting her pretty rider on how beautiful her dress was. Rhaedalyn had recently updated one of her older dresses with new ribbons and sleeves and Aradissicath knew it would be the only thing that was perfect to wear that night!
I’m glad one of us is happy right now.
Oh no, dear. Xyreith is radiating in his own amusement and happiness and I think R’nya seems rather content as well. It’s only you that’s unsure of whether you should be happy right now.
